Hey man I've said this before, but your videos have been so helpful to me and my health, thank you for what you do! I have a question and I'm not sure if you could mention it in a future video, but I take around 13,000mg of Betaine HCL per day with 2 meals a day and my stomach acid still seems to be low and I only feel less Gastrointestinal soreness/abdominal pain/gallbladder pain/vagus nerve pain and GERD, when I take this amount or more. I've been tested for H Plyori infection and it came back negative. I would be really grateful if you could make a video on some possible causes of this please? Thanks again for all your help 👍

Exactly my problem, fall asleep for up to 3hrs, then struggle to get a couple 45-60 minutes encores. I eat zero carb OMAD... Do I need to double down and eat twice? Or perhaps should I just swallow a bunch of animal based fat before bed to provide that extra fuel overnight?
I only sleep an hour or two then I have to wake up and pee. I pee like 20 times a day I'm not a diabetic. It doesn't matter if I drink alot of water or not but coffee makes it worst.
Hi! I'm currently reading Kick Constipation. I have had very bad insomnia for over 20 years. Just a few hours sleep per week. Blood pressure is always low. I was super excited to start the minerals. Have been taking them about 2 weeks and haven't gotten my usual bits of sleep. Up all night with racing thoughts and restlessness. Stopped minerals yesterday and got a bit of sleep last night. Why is my body reacting badly to minerals? I'm eating AIP Paleo. Would love more videos on insomnia! I need to sleep to get better. 😂 I'm starting my testing today.
Tests showed it’s neither cortisol nor blood sugar that is waking me up. High Magnesium removed muscle aches and resolved constipation. Don’t know what to do next to sleep.
