Hong Kong cart noodles with your own toppings! | Fei Gong Cart Noodle (肥公車仔麵) (Permanently Closed)

As the name implies, cart noodles is named after the mobile push carts that vendors used to sell noodles in 1950s in Hong Kong. To satisfy his quest for hometown food and to promote authentic HK food, Mr Jolland Lee, who migrated to Singapore 30 years ago, opened the stall selling the noodle street food.
Awaiting at the counter for hungry customers is the wide array of toppings. Several items braised using the stall's secret braising recipe have won the hearts of customers, such as pig intestine, pork belly, chicken mid-joint wings, chicken feet, beef brisket and more. Other popular items are curry fishballs, cuttlefish and radish.
Pick either braised, curry or beef sauce to add more flavour to the clear, light broth.
Chilli lovers would be piqued at their super fiery and savoury homemade chilli sauce. Just a little will elevate the experience!
