Hey I recently bought the VC70 from best buy canada, but the charger that comes with it doesn't seem to have the right Voltage, it said 19.9V on the charger but 25.9V on the vacuum battery, I charged mine for a few days and it keeps blinking red light but not seems to be charging in any way.
