I got to see his concert and meet him for the first time when I was eight years old at a fair
my Favorite country singer and always will be RIP dear Charley.
Grandma loved his voice, heard him singing everyday on the radio station.
I was lucky enough to see him perform her in the Faroe Islands. He came after he had finished a tour in Ireland. The concert was a huge event her, because most people had never seen him before, they only knew his songs from the radio and records.
I saw him in concert in Sth Australia in 1990s. He was just as good as his original recordings. I got his autograph, & we stared at each other. He had the most beautiful face & expression. I have all his music. Miss him so much. What a wonderful treasure. He'll be singing in the Heavenly realm to the Glory of God
I saw Charley Pride in concert. He was wonderful from beginning to end. I always thought that he was a gentlemans gentleman. I even bought a t-shirt. I will no pun intended with PRIDE. He was a beautiful man. Condolences to Rozene and family. Love from Canada. ❤🇨🇦🙏

@@hydrolito probably several. My sister had a suspected case of the flu, but after her negative COVID test the doctor went "eh, it's probably just the flu" but never actually tested her for it.

Can't believe Charley Pride passed away. I remember seeing him in concert when I was very young at The Wisconsin State Fair. He was my Mother's Favorite country singer. Just an Amazing man. He was a legendary artist and a Gift from God. Never will forget him. Thank You Charley for bringing joy and happiness to so many people. Gonna Miss You. Heaven has just gained an Awesome voice to join the Choir.

R.I.P Charley Pride. I remember when my dad displayed all his favorite records on this big old record player, one of those looked like a cupboard with big sspeakers on the sides lol, and Charley's record was one of them. Am proud we always had his music in our household especially that I had no clue at the time what a big deal he was in country music.

I remember texting my dad that charley pride was still alive on December 14th 2019. I was in complete shock when I found out he died exactly one year and 2 days after that text on December 12 2020
