Yh trick is pin the bottle down and loosen the cap, or use a cap that’s slightly to big for the bottle (comes off easier)
Obviously it's being held in place. But it's still difficult unless you're trained .

Its not hard you just have to measure your kick before placing the bottle in the right spot ...none of the caps are fastly tightened there all hanging loose before the kick as it is ...more impressive is when a jacket is sent from the back of a chair over to another and landing it in the same spot as it was sitting on the 1st chair with a kick
