WWE Superstar Big Show (Paul Wight) chats with Chris Van Vliet from WSVN-TV about his recent weight loss, saying he has lost 70 pounds and now weighs 396 pounds with abs! He also talks about how John Cena is the strongest WWE Superstar that has ever picked him up, the wrestlers he has his eye on for the future including Baron Corbin, Big Cass, Finn Balor, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair. He also talks about the famous Smackdown moment where he and Brock Lesnar broke the ring!

I delivered furniture to this guy back in the mid 90's..at his condo in Clearwater, fla...and I noticed he had a tattoo on his lower leg that said Paul Wright...he handed me a can of sprite as a tip,and I couldn't hardly see the can in his hand..and as he was standing in his kitchen, the whole time he was bent over slightly cause the ceiling was so low. He was shy,and very polite. He even gave me a personal signature for my son.

I met Big Show once in the late 90s, when he was still with WCW and going by The Giant. Real down to earth guy and I was fan ever since.

Cena's more compact and trains for power. Brock is a better proportioned athlete and trains for explosiveness. Hence what Paul said is probably true. In the early 2000s Brock was probably stronger but his UFC training focused in on his explosiveness and he didn't need all that raw power.

The only WWE event I went to was one in Birmingham Alabama (RAW), and I saw Cena lift both Show and Tensei(at that time) over his head at the same time for a double attitude adjustment. It was insane. He legitimately is a freak of nature for his size, even with Show and Tensei helping.

Unlike Brock, Cena is more of a powerlifter. Brock, as a fighter, has to stay lean and fit enough to move around in the octagon. That's why, for guys that are over two hundred and fifty pounds of muscle, seeing them move like cruiser weights so much more impressive than seeing guys like Seth Rollins and Sami Zayne.

Just gonna put this out there. During Kane's reign back in 98-2002 Brock Lesnar said that Kane was the only one in the locker room to beat him in an arm wrestling match. Lesnar said and I quote "trying to move his arm was like trying to pull up tree trunks". I would put my money that Kane back in those days was stronger than Brock Lesnar. And as far as Cena vs Lesnar goes, I'm gonna say Cena wins on strength. He lifted Big Show + Edge on his back. That's nearly 750+ lbs. We haven't seen Brock do anything like that, not even close. Big Show also went on record saying "When I was on Cena's back, he could have held me long enough to order a pizza". Judging that Big Show has been in the ring, weight room, and locker room with both these guys; he knows what he is talking about. Therefore Cena wins, plain and simple. Brock Lesnar bitchboys need to just accept it. It's not that big of a deal and Brock is still a "beast"
Exactly. Plus, who knows if Show means now, or ever? He didn't say 'Cena at his absolute peak is stronger than Lesnar at his absolute peak'. Plus Cena is a gym rate-body builder, and Lesnar is a freak athlete-fighter. Cena I'm sure has better lifting technique, and so Show feels more stable on his shoulders than Lesnar. Plus, Cena could never pull off a shooting star press, or lift Show in three different types of suplexes. Cena is stronger, Brock is the superior athlete.
Cena vs. Lesnar in a weight-lifting competition? Cena wins. Cena vs. Lesnar in a fight? Lesnar beats his ass.
And, if we are talking peak strength, maybe Lesnar was stronger. If we are talking upper body strength only, then peak Kane probably beats both of them. If we are talking peak strength, obviously Mark Henry kicks everyone's ass. Of course, Mark is 100 lbs heaver than these guys, so Cena is probably pound for pound strongest, but in a lifting competition, Mark was literally the strongest man in the world.
Until I see Cena do a Running power bomb on Big Show..Brock will always be stronger..at least in the Upper body Department..plus kurt angle once said that he saw Brock Squat 900 pounds in his younger days
