These guys are so talented but imo what made them really popular is their genuinely good and down to earth personality , incredible work ethic and incomparable love and gratitude to their fans

@@rosean374 Yeah, true that there are A LOT of them now... I watch a few specific people regularly because despite my best efforts, none of my friends or family are ARMY. (My mom only likes Dynamite. lol.) So I watch youtubers because it makes me happy to share in their happiness with BTS. (I usually look at the like-to-dislike ratio before starting the video on new people because I've gotten severely triggered in the past. So it is helpful.)

Stage mix for Serendipity does not do Jimin's artistry as a dancer & singer justice, the audio is dubbed in and it keeps going from one clip to the next at most inopportune times running the flow of the perfromance, not to mention one can't see the choreography or appreciate the backup dancers! It's well done and dies show Jimin's many different chair styles, hair colors and clothes he all wore , but sadly that's all mainly what ppl pause and talk about, the great editing and the many different looks and hair styles when Jimin's artistry as a performer is what's most important!! Jimin is so amazing yo watch there is no need to do special effects by all these edits showing so many clips! I'll leave the best performance below! Plus the Stage Mix for Lie has now been heavily blocked and some of the best parts have to be edited out so it's quite problematic to post now. The Korean parts are not translations but are original lyrics freshly written by both rappers. RM who rapped in English, modified some of the original lyrics. Yes its JIMIN who were hitting the high notes! I giggled when the bro saw Jimin and asked if they are all males. Jimin's visuals and vocals must have confused him for a second 😅.

@@ejkim9951 I feel like she did a very good job with everyone, I don't know maybe I'm just blind, and everyone is recommending it because it's the most up to date guide that we have, do you seriously want new people watching guides from like 2018? Like those won't be hopeful, and also IDA isn't a solo stan, she's OT7, she has made videos with all the members, and also makes posts on her social media showing appreciation for other members. Being a SOLO STAN and having a BIAS, are two different things. Many people praised her on the guide she made, and she had even taken down the original and reposted it because she said she wanted to improve some of the other members parts.
@@ejkim9951 Also when you said that IDA hyped up JK more than the other members, that goes a lot for other guides too, like the "Most Beautiful Moment In life" guide by AsianTheory, clearly hyped up Jimin way more than the other members, the "An introduction to 7 members of BTS" guide that has like 3 million views, also seemed to have hyped up Suga a little more compared to the other members, that's just what naturally happens when you have a BIAS. It's natural, and if nobody else is complaining about it, why do you?

The member on the far left is Kim Namjoon, known professionally as RM. He is the leader of the group and yes, he speaks almost perfect English with an American accent. The Korean education system is much more stringent than ours; English is required to a high level of proficiency at least when it comes to reading and writing it. RM is very bright with an IQ of 148 so he went the extra mile and expanded his English by watching the series "Friends" on dvd. He watched it with English and then Korean subtitles and finally without subtitles, therefore his excellent pronunciation and understanding.
A great way to get to know them a little better as individuals as well as get some snippets of them singing live would be to watch their episode of Carpool Karaoke with James Corden.

Yes park jimin is the one hitting those high notes beautifully.. He is the MAIN DANCER and LEAD VOCALIST of bts.. He is insanely talented.. Can rap , sing and is the most versatile dancer in kpop.
This song was beautifully sung by BTS. Their English really improved a lot. That Jimin's "Somebody tell me why?" part was awesome and Suga's visual is killing me.
Jimin really has so many talents, he's the lead vocalist and the main dancer (with jhope), he always gets praised the most from Vocal coaches and pro singers and he's very skilled at martial arts (kendo/hapkido/taekwondo/chinese martial arts) and he used to win competitions in hip hop and popping dance when he was young and then he did contemporary dance and that what makes him very known as skillful dancers among pros around the world (he also had the title King of kpop two year in a row) and he graduated as the top student and he was also 1st in math and scored 100 and was known as a great student and used to class president or vice president +he's skilled at running, football, basketball, billiard...
But the other members also have different skills so I just wanted to tell you about Jimin (3rd from the left since you noticed him
If you are gonna introduce just one member, it would be nice to not give misleading informations ^^' I guess, it's not on purpose but when you are saying Jimin is the lead vocalist without explaining the roles in k-pop, people are thinking Jimin is the actual main vocalist. So if you say he's the lead vocalist, you should talk about how lead vocalist is below main vocalist (Jungkook's role), that could help newbies in BTS or k-pop to not believe wrong informations for a long time ^^' Not saying anything about Jimin, who has a beautiful voice, just because I see this a lot about him, people telling everyone he's the lead vocalist, and the term has a different meaning for the western audience (especially when people not familiar with k-pop always are looking for the Justin Timberlake of the group, the "hearthrob" of the group, when it's not how k-pop works, it's not one guy and 6 chorists/background dancers)

Just to clear something up. The 7 guys you see performing are the 7 members of the group, since debut in 2013, since pre-debut when they were trainees.
There are however other people who were in the original lineup of BTS when the group was originally set to debut as a pure hip-hop group ( current BTS is considered an idol group). Out of the original hip-hop line up RM,Suga and Jhope were the ones who stayed. Other members left when it started going towards the idol side, one member being Supreme Boi, who eventually produced and featured in some BTS songs. Other ex-members went on to have their own rap careers and toured together under the name Rock Bottom.
It's important to know this because RM and Suga, who were underground rappers prior to signing with Big Hit Labels, got a lot of criticism for "betrayng" hip hop, and a lot of their songs express the emotions they went through. Especially when they talk about finding your own identity and being happy regardless of who others think you should be.

Man far left is RM leader, rapper, singer, writer, producer… He speaks Korean, Japanese, English, IQ 148, and their last on line concert him and Jimin the third from left that you mentioned , sang their part of chicken soup ( by JHope last man on right) in Spanish . They are speaking at he UN in September for the third time, the things they do off stage impresses me as much as their healing music.
It's also okay to have more than one bias, I have two. RM (the 1st from the left) and Jimin, (3rd from the left whom you pointed out). RM is the leader and an amazing lyricist. Jimin is a main dancer and lead vocalist. Their members have pointed out that he has the highest register among them. BTS writes and produces most of their music. I know you’re new to BTS, but, unlike western groups where they always only focus on one member and make it feel like it’s all about him and the rest are just backup, BTS isn’t like that. Every member has a moment to shine and something to bring to the group and we love them all.

Among the songs suggested here by Jimin (the third one from the left), check out his solo song, “Lie.” Jimin is an awesome singer and dancer. He was a Modern Dance major in college. Very very fluid dance moves and very high falsetto voice.
Jimin first at age 11 studied, performed and competed in Hip hop, attending the highly renowned Busan Just Dance apAcademy while also going to mddle school, the later in studied and performed Contemporary dance , also some ballet, & even tradition Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts!! Not college!! Jimin was 17 when he left his home town of Busan after auditioning for BigHit and moved yo Seoul when finished his last yr of high school while being in BTS. If you offer info it's always best to be a bit more accurate. The only one who was in university before joining BTS was Jin, who was the oldest. Born in 1992. Jimin was born in 1995 and BTS debuted in June 12, 2013. Jimin joined BTS in January 12 2013.

There are 3 wrappers and 4 singer's, but they are multi-talented. They write their music and are involved in the production. I love each one of them and the more you learn about them the more you'll be impressed.

They are South Korean, it is fun turning others onto BTS. We love them all, but we have a bias for a particular member, mine is Jimin or 3rd from the left. As others said RM is fluent, learned through watching friends.

You can have a favorite member and still be an Army. The only time you’re not an Army is if there is at least one member you don’t like or support. Idk if I’m misinterpreting your comment or not, but it reminds me of how I’ve seen a lot of people who misunderstood what V said about who should and shouldn’t be considered at true Army (he meant that you should show love all the members, but he never said that you have to show the exact same amount of love to each member or that you can’t have a bias).

RM,real name Kim Namjoon is the first member on the left.He taught himself English using box sets of Friends his mum bought him when he was young.That's why he has an American accent.

This is the 2nd time BTS has covered an English song this year (2021) for MTV Unplugged it was Coldplay’s “Fix You”. Now for BBC Radio 1 “I’ll Be Missing You”, with RM doing the opening rap in English like the original and Suga and J-hope substituting Korean lyrics for their parts. My personal opinion, Jimin is the MVP for Faith Evan's high notes. Special Shout out to The Police, Sting, Puff Daddy/P. Diddy, Faith Evans, 112. 90s Vibe. usually for boy bands, theres always one member where fans as a whole are more drawn towards, but for bts is different, every single fan will tell you someone different. theyre all equally loved :) thats what makes bts so successful, they are all amazing and talented people

A lot of us are OT7... we love all 7 equally. :) All four of the vocalists can hit those high notes, but Jimin (third from left in this) is known for his ability to sing high. And yes, they are all from South Korea where this was filmed. They haven't left S. Korea since the COVID pandemic, but they are scheduled to be in NY in September for the UN General Assembly (which they'll be speaking at) and for the VMAs.

( though now the others have studied English they understand more but still prefer to respond in Korean) He’s a deep thinker with a very high IQ (148) loves philosophy, art and nature. Youngest artist on KOMCA with 174 songwriting credits to his name.
Jin (Kim Seokjin) vocal line, visual - had no intention of being an idol he was seen getting on a bus and the rest is history- known for his insanely good stable vocals and is also known as mr worldwide handsome oh and his windshield laugh
Suga (Min Yoongi) lead rapper ( well known underground rapper) known for his savage lyrics and his honesty. He doesn’t speak much but when he does it’s purposeful and meaningful. He’s got a hard shell but is soft on the inside. Known for being able to rap at very high speeds. Also known by his AgustD persona. He’s a genius producer and has produced many hit songs for other artists.
JHope (Jung Hoseok ) main dancer, rap line, sub vocals (well known street dancer before BTS- also known as dance leader for helping other members practise and learn choreography when choreographer isn’t there) known for his amazing street dance skills and beautiful flows when rapping.
Jimin (Park Jimin) main dancer, lead vocals ( top student at his dance academy school of arts- known for versatility in dancing - can do all styles- his flips and jumps) known for beautiful high notes and soft voice and his amazing beautiful versatile dancing and dance lines. (He has an award from the cultural society for the fan dance he did at 2018 MMA)
V (Kim Taehyung) vocal line, visual, part of the dance line since 2018 ( no official title assigned but commonly recognised as now being lead dancer) Known for his vocal range - he has a beautiful deep soulful voice but can also do high notes. Loves art and photography has alter ego called Vante.
Jungkook (Jeon Jungkook) Lead dancer, Main vocals, centre ( he’s the youngest and is known as the Maknae) Jungkook is known as the golden Maknae for his ability to do everything so incredibly well. He’s all round amazingly talented in everything he puts his mind to. He has incredibly stable vocals and is known for his vocal strength and strong powerful dance moves. He has also started writing and producing songs for the group and has Golden Closet Films where he has made videos for different things for the group and himself. He’s an amazingly talented videographer and he has also directed and filmed the music video for their song Life Goes On.
