Won a contract to mow City right of ways and parks.first week dealt with break downs. Took your advise and didn’t hesitate to go and trade in a few old mowers and buy 3 new ones. Week two and three going so smooth.Contract is 18 months with 2 12 month renewals. I financed the mowers with no cash out of pocket and 0 percent interest for 36 months. Basically they are free. It was a no brainer

@@chriskarsseboom2200 Not the posts guy, the 2x4s and 2x 10s. Not the entire structure. Better craftsmanship would see the beams sitting on top of the 6x6 posts. Not bolted together.

Curious if you've ever made a video from the other side - how to be a savvy customer, what to look for as you talk to different contractors and get quotes, how to set budgets and not get them blown up, how to figure out design knowing you might not have the experience to optimize it, etc. We're out on the East Coast Mid-Atlantic, and unfortunately, I haven't seen anybody quite as competent as you and your crew, so next best thing is to level up on how to be a smart customer...
I like keeping my money in my pocket. But the difference between working with someone you can trust to do quality work and who is enjoyable to work with over and over again is worth paying the extra few bucks that you might overpay another person or doing it yourself. For me time is money, so I would rather pay this guy very well and buy him a case of beer and a steak dinner. Along with bringing him more business than he can knows what to do with. Some people are good with her hands and others can just make a phone call.

I know its not a deck but just one lag bolts sheer strength to hold that up? Looks cheap should have notched the 6x6's and had the 2x12s sit flush.

Have to cut but your supplier may do that mill work for you for extra. Its really simple to to with a table saw though.
