Hey thanks for the update on these. I would never have considered these until watching your video from 4 years ago along with one done by Warren Huart. My dilemma is now choosing between these or go for the Genelec 8020 or the new Neumann KH80's. I really like the form factor of the MTM's but not being able to compare the 3 is a struggle. Congrats on the new space.
Hi, i have a question, is it possible to use a reamp box to do reamping with garageband ? i dont seem to find anything about this with garageband. Since you are a professional i thought i go ahead and ask. I dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on reampbox and then i cant reamp, cus i am only using garageband. Thanks.
The old ones seems missing 6 kHz and the low mids mostly, news has better image and sound response, it will be difficult for you to adapted new version, thank you for showing it.

would be useful to compare objective differences like what did the company actually list as updates ? a lot of a/b testing is biased so just curious what actually changed other than “ better or brighter “

MK2 seems to be brighter. But they are not too different from what I could tell.

listening through my "reference" headphones, the mk2 seems much more open with more clarity and depth. the acoustic guitar is a great example to notice those differences. i also think i heard a wider soundstage.

Dude I used to watch the vids ages ago…cant believe youre still doing this. Change the name of the channel, do a rebranding to you…people follow you, not garageband…it will give you a lot more latitude…would love to see vids about you, gear, other daws and anything related to your brand. Anyway i have no skin in the game, im in finance i have a life outside of music but just seeing only 100k subs breaks my heart… you just need some good marketing moves
