I see the logic in banning in this way, but it has some serious problems. For instance ... what if you logged in at a Public Library, or your work computer? Sometimes that can be necessary to do, and it should not be a situation that holds that much risk.
hi. I did not understand something. The important thing is not to be in a suspended location. or not to open an ebay account by connecting to the internet in a suspended location. If I have a portable wifi, can I enter my ebay account using my own wifi from the location where it has been suspended, will this cause suspend?
I have heard of churches, office buildings and such getting banned because of one suspended seller.
