Great content, however, horrible diet. By no means world class. In a sport where marginal gains are everything, diet is where major gains can be made. Mitochondrial health etc are affected by diet. In simpler terms, you are what you eat.
just some guy talking about marginal gains who more likely than not has a sub 200 watt FTP, who also trains 6 hours a week, so doesn't need to refuel at all.
Really nice content especially with Leon!
Another great man once said “you can’t out train diabetes!”😂
loving the camp content - banging stuff!
Reminds me of the good old days
I also like cycling
Peanut Butter & Sliced Banana on Toasted Sourdough 😋🙌
Thing is, after all this cooking will Harry put out later 😜😎😂
Fab vid guys! Do any of you pre load PH 1500 before race day such as night before and morning to stop cramps on swim?
Love the amount of nutella consumed 🤩 but dude you’re gonna slice your hand in half cutting an avocado that way!! 😱
How come you use gels mixed with water in your bottles rather than carb mix?
Location please
Harry what would your nutrition look like for a full ironman?
Or all of you really?
More Nutella and bread lol
More Freddie please!
Who is the third athlete with Leon and Harry?
He's part of Harry's usual training squad, forget his name right now sorry 😎

Joe skipper would probably agree but I'm not convinced you're a world authority. What's ur 70.3 pb?
“Mitochondrial health” what does that mean? Food is metabolised in the same way regardless of its macronutrient
@@jimjamthebananaman1 u can stimulate different mitochondrial development patterns via different diets e.g. fat burning, calorie deficit etc
