    Part III: • Dana White #3 - Part 3...
    Listen on Apple: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast...
    Listen on Spotify: open.spotify.com/episode/2GNf...
Kelley and Chad host UFC's President Dana White as part of a 3-part series to discuss his revolutionary health program that has transformed his life after given only 10.4 years to live by human biologist & mortality expert, Gary Brecka (who we interview in part 2). In this episode, he discusses his physical condition and deteriorating health prior to meeting Gary; and how after only ~13 weeks into the program he lost 30-pounds, transformed his bloodwork and to put in his words, "feels 35 again." Outspoken and unapologetic, Dana walks through the details of his program including: misconceptions he held for decades about his own health, his lack of faith in western medicine and what steps we can all take to feel better now.

Of all the people in the world....Dana White. I'm a 53 yr old guy. I woke up in a cabin this morning. We took a four day hiatus of fishing and hiking. I woke up at 4:53am because my knees, hips and back were screaming. I'm a former D1 football player. At my physical peak, I was 290lb and 16% body fat. I ran a 4.87 40, squatted 650lb, benched 405. Im 300lb today. Two blown knees, a blown elbow, arthritic feet and hands. I'm not fuckin paralyzed but my shit hurts. I told my wife today is the day. I'm not going to make it to 60 if I keep going this way. All day, I'm telling myself I need a sign. It's 10 pm at night, I'm getting ready to hit the hay and this video pops up in my YT feed. Dana White. This is my sign. I'm hitting Keto starting in the morning. It's on.

I am doing same, watched these and I will be one week down on Tue. I can say I feel 100x better already, I have been hard core almost zero carbs and can say I have not hit that wall, this go around I feel nothing but energy and less pain. I have worked out most of my life and have some injury from weights and am seeing the pain lower. My gut is already shrinking, my pants are loose, and my sleep is way better. I am shocked its hitting this fast but I am very motivated this time around. I also have been doing the hydrogen water, seems to help a ton.
Lastly my blood pressure, I dropped my pills already and have seen a 20 point drop, its shocking. I still have to get lower but at my new pressure I am staying off my pills, the side effects suck so seeing them leave is so pleasing.
The last item I am adding is calling my dr. and getting a metabolic panel done to see what is going on internally I can correct with supplements if needed. Good luck all, this stuff works just do it and never look back.

I lost over 50lbs on Keto and intermittent fasting. I have maintained it off for over 3 years. I recently started eating like everyone else and have gained 15lbs. Today I am going back to keto and I.F. I also have lost faith in the medical profession. I'm glad to hear him sharing all this. Americans need to get healthy again.

Absolute Truth. I had same problems. 65 years old. Did keto and all bloodwork fell into place. What brought my Triglycerides down from 800 to 150s was MCT powder in my coffee. Am now doing carnivore. Totally amazing. Really simplifies meal planning and hunger pains go away completely. You can easily eat just once a day on carnivore. And your skin will look 20 years younger. No longer all dried out. Great choice for me as I raise beef.

Most of my family is in the medical field. Two were in the hospital during the pandemic and the horror stories were so bad they both have left the industry. They not only lied to them but left them to die. It was only because we had other families members within the hospital that saved their lives. I have always been weary of the industry but the pandemic confirmed it.

i discovered this one-meal-a-day practice by accident. Life changing. That, and you have to exercise regularly, like every day for at least 30 mins. The equation is not complex, in fact it's very common sense, but the problem is our culture is poisoned and gear to medicines, pills, etc., fast food... CONVENIENCE. It's sad to see the degradation of our culture and health as a society but I believe it can change.

Honestly, the key is getting to a healthy weight, working on your muscular and cardiovascular health, and eating clean (keep it simple, stay away from high glycemic foods, don't consume too much saturated fat, eat greens and color vegetables, and stay hydrated). Keto isn't for everybody (watch out for your kidneys). Intermittent fasting can be a good idea but a 5 hour eating window may not work for people who have work schedules that are more conventional (i.e. they can't do a health routine from 9 to 11am).

As a counselor I do believe in meditation, breathing exercises, and medication if it works and helps you. But medicine should become temporary if possible, to help yourself through rough patches in life, overcome them, and find coping skills to deal with the issues in other ways. And some people have serious mental health issues and brain chemistry imbalances that need to be addressed. I’m not advocating anything besides what works for the individual. Live your best life, stay healthy, and do what works for you!
