I love grant, but he did the exact opposite of Dana regarding employees during Covid. Dana was willing to cover his whole staff, Grant fired a whole division of employees. Not saying one is right or one is wrong, but what a stark difference. I do hope it was a learning moment from Dana to Grant. I remember when Grant fired everyone I thought the same thing Dana just said. Wow he just canned everyone so fast, not much loyalty there. It did make my spider senses go up. Grant- still love you, but maybe Dana just dropped a gem on you. So much value in this conversation, thanks for sharing guys.

Dana only did that during the pandemic because the ufc needed 42 events in 2020 to get there 750 million dollars from espn, he didn't do it for everything or anyone but the money.

It is all the time the same STORY with Elon Musk ,Jefff Bezos ,Save Jobs ,Waren Buffet.
Dane White does't own UFC the world belive he does as all the other.
Global monopolistic companies run Banking Cartel they just have them as forfrontiers. Elon Musk spend money he has not time to create them all people do just to applausen them and don't chcek what is really going on with those people.

      WE ALL NEED JESUS. ..

I'm not going to tell you what to do but looking up to another man is weird to me. Being influenced by another, yes but looking up to? No. Do I think there are some things one can learn from Dana? Ofcourse he's a successful man but he's also done cruel things to athletes. He's told them not to mention GOD or JESUS when winning a fight just because he doesn't believe in GOD. It's not about whether you believe in GOD or not but the FREEDOM TO DO SO. He's also exploited athletes and others. I dont hate him I don't hate anyone for that matter but I feel when someone says, "I look up to someone" that you've never met or have a personal relationship, that seems very weird to me. To each his own

You are way more chill and attentive, and your thoughts are more clear and streamlined in the new content than ever before, and it'd be hard for anybody to not atrribute at least some of that to the improvements you've made in your health, as well as the experiences you've had spending time with other leaders, like Dana, since you launched your 10X Growth Cons. I never even got a fight, I trained I sparred and I asked for fights, I trained 2 nights at the Harrisons gym, Peter always said give me 300 rounds sparring, I said ok can I spar, no son its only professionals when it was armature night, I wanted to get extra hours during the day but no because armatures were only in the evening. I did this whilst landscaping 40 hours a week on my holidays from school. The sport was killed in the 90s.

I've been following this sport since it's inception and this is one of the best Dana White interviews out there. He broke multiple stories here. The timing of the ESPN guy having to step down and buying the rights for DVD's etc., from Lionsgate... those are big stories. What really resonated with me was when the savage was born at 15 years old. I grew up raised by my mom with no adult male in the house. You're constantly thinking about protecting your mother and your siblings and that fear is always in the back of your mind that you're going to have to protect you household. It's the reason I started martial arts and wrestling as a kid. Very interesting.

This was a great interview. Grant you asked a great question of Dana. Why do peope like you so much. It sparked me to think about your question and to analyze Dana. Your question has immense value. It made a paradigm shift for me. I want to thank you for your unintentional assist to me.

This interview has me convinced Grant is a fed 😭 “so this year how much gross revenue would you say” even dana laughs at him cus he knows that’s a weird question to ask given
the fact it was gonna go public. and dana talks about how secretly owns companies and Grant instantly says, “what kind of ventures we talking?” idk i get cop vibes from him

It was funny to see Grant’s reaction when Dana talked about how he never fired an employee when Covid hit. Because Grant axed most staff members right away. He messed up royally

I've been in business for 35 years. I started my own Tree Service at the age of 17,
two months after my father died, he was 41. To be successful. You have to have a little luck on your side. Be good to people, do not burn bridges and timing is everything. Same things happened to me. I was at the right place at the right time and got the contract to do Nationwide insurances emergency tree work. But I believe if you're good to people good things happen to you. And if you're bad to people bad things happen tenfold to you. so Dana you must be a really good dude. Stay on positive path. Continue to own your mistakes and keep improving.
I'm loyal to a fault as well. All my employees never missed a day of work because of the plan demic

Best life lesson from two of the biggest inspirational figures in the world 🤯, shit you don’t learn in school, I was at the last 10X conference before Covid bullshit, definitely prepared me for what came after, spent the whole time pushing like a savage developing my property in Houston pushing for my next phase of my project which is rental property being a average dude with dreams this really puts things in perspective💯

33:40 I'll answer this for Grant. Dana has a natural Duchenne smile. When he smiles, the skin around his orbitals crinkle up. That particular smile is the only smile in the human repertoire that conveys true compassion to others. People see his genuine nature and honesty through the wrinkles in his cheek and around his eyes.

The fight game is the only thing I'm passionate about. Im 36 and not doing what i want in life. I'm taking Dana's advice and quitting my job to work for the UFC in Vegas. Not sure what I'll do but I'll start from the bottom because at least I'd be working towards a goal and not having groundhog day year after year
