I just made a cheesecake for Father's Day. The only thing I do differently is separate the eggs and beat the egg whites before adding them. It just seems to make the cheesecake not quite as dense. I use the water bath, too; it makes it so creamy. Thanks for sharing, Natasha!

I left you a tip the other day about adding orange zest and lemon zest to your cheesecake I forgot to mention to practically eliminate sour cream, reason why is because the sour cream is supposed to give it that little bit of a twang to the cheesecake where is it's not really the right thing and you should use the zest of an orange and the zest of a lemon instead

I made your cheesecake recipe this past Thanksgiving and it was the absolute best! With the water method it did not brown or crack and looked beautiful. The only thing I would have wished for was a strawberry topping but they are not in season at that time. Do you think it'll be possible to make the sauce with frozen strawberries? Or do you have other topping suggestions for that time of the year?
