Daddy raised me on crooners like Frank Sinatra, so old .. and my parents were actually in their 20's when the Beatle's came out.. Never heard a Beatle's song in my home.. I raised myself on 70's rock and grew up Hair Band Era. and give me old school Hip-Hop everyday and twice on Sunday... I just love music.. open to it all as long as it doesn't go ignorant.

If you think about it, we have always passed our history through music. Even when the singer/rapper dies, the song remembers when it all happened. Listen to that song by Trisha Yearwood. It's called The Song Remembers When.

I can't stand scary movies. I'm a scaredy cat. I even scream watching the original cartoon version of Scooby Doo. .. Tremor!!! ... When I was younger, they would play that movie every year in T.V. Actually Dune was a thing, long before Tremors. The one that was recently in theaters is a reboot. The original came out in 1984, a full 6 years before Tremors.

Reba didn't write "Fancy" nor "The Lights went out in Georgia" She just covered them. I believe, Bobby Gentry (Ode to Billy Joe) wrote and performed Fancy which Joss Stone also covered. The original , "Georgia" song was sang by Carol Burnetts best friend and star of "Mama's Family (Vicki Lawrence). It was the only song she ever released as she was a comedian at heart.
You need to do Reba and Vince Gill's duet, The Heart Won't Lie, which also has a really good story video to it. Two great voices together. Reba and Dolly also did a re-do of Reba's classic song Does He Love You, like within the last year.

As someone who suffers from depression, and suicidal thoughts, after becoming disabled in a workplace injury back in 2003, 6mos after getting married to my wonderful wife, I got crippled by a $hitty Dr who's "care" has given me a permanent, and progressive, nerve disease, which is slowly taking away the feeling, and the abilities to control my legs, while the damage to my spinal cord is sending false signals to my brain 🧠 telling me that my legs are on fire 🔥, or that the bones are being pulled apart from the inside, the least intrusive thing is the feeling of water 💧, or bug's are crawling up and down my legs. All I can say is "don't let the darkness win" no matter how loud it becomes. Your 6 children, and 11 grand baby's need you in this world 🌎. So please don't give in, or give up, to the darkness, your family and friends love, and need a strong matriarch for your family. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄, and happy new year 🎉!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠

The Dr's I was seeing in Wisconsin put me in a Milwaukee back brave for two yrs and I was only allowed to take it off for 1 hr a day. Well long story short, it caused my spine to curve worse and now my spine is a backward S... I have a 60 by 60 degree curve. I've had to have 3 surgeries on it.. I'm 50 years old and I've been totally disabled pretty much my whole life... so I understand what your talking about with your legs trouble.... but I pray you get better or more comfortable... but I will definitely keep you in my prayers. Merry Christmas sir and I hope you can have a great Christmas.

Have they been able to do anything but strutting [fusing the spine with rod's, and 🔩 screws] your back because of the scoliosis? With ALL the medical advancements in the last 50yrs have they [Dr's] even tried anything else? My faith in the medical profession has ALWAYS been rather low, but after my back situation it became almost non-existent! My wife has 8 blown disc's in her neck [C] and upper back [T] and has been forced to retire since 2011 from her ex-husband hit her with a car while she was 8mos pregnant 🤰 with who is now MY daughter. She's afraid of the Dr's screwing up, and leaving her in even more pain, and more loss, of feeling, and control, over her arm's! Check out "The Greatest Man I Never Knew", "For My Broken Heart" and "Does He Love You?' I heard this one at a concert and she sang it with Linda Davis, part of her band. Recently she redid it with Dolly Parton which I haven't heard. The one I heard 30 years ago is brilliant though.

I highly recommend listening to the radio version, not just the cinematic music video. The dialogue doesn’t interrupt the music and the story unfolds with a much smoother flow.

Reba is the queen of country music. She is the best ... but if you want another queen of country try Martina McBride, I would recommend Concrete Angel or Independence Day.
Great reaction! What's messed up with the title everyone seems to miss "the lights went out in Goergia". They hung an innocent man. When I was really little, I lived near a prison. And the lights in town would flicker whenever someone went to the electric chair. It seems so long ago when the electric chair was a thing but it really wasn't that long ago when you're in your 30's and lived in a southern rural town.
The style of this video makes me think of “The Thunder Rolls” by Garth Brooks, please give that one a listen! And “The Dance” & “That Summer” by him as well!

With ALL the medical advancements in the last 50yrs have they [Dr's] even tried anything else? My faith in the medical profession has ALWAYS been rather low, but after my back situation it became almost non-existent! My wife has 8 blown disc's in her neck [C] and upper back [T] and has been forced to retire since 2011 from her ex-husband hit her with a car while she was 8mos pregnant 🤰 with who is now MY daughter. She's afraid of the Dr's screwing up, and leaving her in even more pain, and more loss, of feeling, and control, over her arm's! So she won't do the surgeries they want out of fear, from my back surgery! I'll pray 🙏 for us ALL, In hope's of relief! God bless 🙌 you and yours this holiday season!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠

I highly recommend listening to the radio version, not just the cinematic music video. The dialogue doesn’t interrupt the music and the story unfolds with a much smoother flow.

We the people mean nothing to most of them. They will lie they will steel. they will kill. We all know it they just don't want to admit it.. People of all colors are victims of the governments that the should never trust.. This is one little song that in it's little way shows the corruption of government and this was YEARS ago.. Reba is the queen of country music. She is the best ... but if you want another queen of country try Martina McBride, I would recommend Concrete Angel or Independence Day.
Great reaction! What's messed up with the title everyone seems to miss "the lights went out in Goergia". They hung an innocent man. When I was really little, I lived near a prison. And the lights in town would flicker whenever someone went to the electric chair. It seems so long ago when the electric chair was a thing but it really wasn't that long ago when you're in your 30's and lived in a southern rural town.
