I just came across your video on the box braid tutorial. I appreciate your step by step. For me, yours was THE MOST helpful for my understanding the "why" behind the creation of the "base" for the crochet. I also liked that you explicitly explained how to angle the hook so that, to me, doesn't look like humps are at the scalp (if that makes sense). My hair is already prepped, now all I have to do is get to crochet-ing! Wish me luck. BTW: the braids look so good on you and thanks for the different ways to style.

New subby and a tip if u want it to look more unnoticeable, u have to do the braid between the boxes small. I just do individuals and feed the hair into the crochet wit the needle, and just braid the inside down🥰🥰

Thanks! I took them out after 2 weeks. They could’ve lasted longer, but I just personally don’t leave in styles too long. It just depends on how long you prefer to keep them in. 🤗

Im foung the style as i type. The lines in between don't bother me. Im in this for the different textured hair and the color becaise my hair knows no heat or chemicals. The lines give the style charm😊
