Hey guys, What's up and what is good?
I finally tried these boho box braids hairstyle. I did the illusion method in the front, sides and in the back of my head to give these crochet box braids more versatility as I am a persons who likes to switch up hairstyles.
I used hair from an amazon company called Niseyo and the hair only cost $30. These 12 inch crochet hair comes with 8 packs of hair and each pack has 16 strands of these boho goddess box braids. They are very full, light weight and a lot curler that I expected it to be which I love.

Girl I'm on my third set of this hair and I love it so much. The take down is so easy and quick. I have enough of this hair to last all year. I have different colors of the hair and I get a lot of compliments. I know some people who paid about $150-$200 at salon for the same hair style.🤔 I'm just glad don't have to pay anyone else to do my hair.
Does the hair Matt up quickly or it holds well?

Its so very beautiful i like it so much but could you please tell me how to take the braids out are they washable and or reusable
Easiest process .. unraveling the knot comes out nice and clean … you can also wash and reuse depending on the type of hair and how neat you take it out

How did you manage the frizz after installation? Did you use mouse or wax to maintain sleek look
You can use moose but I only use it 2-3 weeks after installation. Some people use it on the first day.

How do you prevent breakage when pulling the braids through the foundation?
Good question! 1. I make sure my hair is properly moisturised because it will break a lot easier from the friction if it is too dry. 2. I make sure my foundation braids are to too tight and close to my scalp leaving room for the crochet hair to go through. Hope this answer helps 🤗

How did you put your hair in the up do with this style? Were you able to do a pineapple with the 12" hair?
I just put it up in a hair tie like you would your hair. I don't remember doing a pineapple while I had it in. Mostly wore it down. But I am sure you can do that as well.

Does the curly hair tangle? That's the issue I'm having with my current boho braids.
I did experience and little tangling at the back of my head but not enough for me to not want to rock it again. My hair was always tied down unless I was leaving the house and I keep them moisturised so that is probably why I did not get much tangling.
@@ShakeiraC I notice the wave/curl hair may be different. The hair you install is a tighter curl than the one on Amazon. I love your hair, I wonder if I bought it would it be the same?
Did you pre- soak the hair in ACV?
i would recommend doing so, i got this hair and my scalp was so itchy until i did the rinse

Is it just me, or the hair in this video is totally different from the hair from the Amazon link? The hair in the video has a tighter curl. The hair from the link shows more of a loose wave.
The link I placed in my description is the exact link where I got the hair. Not sure why it looks different in the picture but I got this a very long time ago.
