Hey Elijah, just wanted to throw an idea your way. What if instead of saving up all the profit to buy a house you bought a duplex instead for the purpose of renting it out & making money on the rent. Say rent is 2200 a month for the whole duplex, you rent out one side for 50-65% of the cost of rent & then you live in the other side & pay the rest of rent. If you live there for a year then you decide to sell you’ll be able to sell it tax free. You keep doing this over & over & eventually you’ll have some investment properties. Just an idea I wanted to throw your way.
That’s actually my thought. At least it used to be I’ve looked into/ researched the whole “house hacking” thing and it would be super cool. The hard part is finding the property but you’re right, a duplex is the right move

graphics cards are not always interchangeable between different boards, different monitors, different tvs. Also you might get a black screen with an HDMI cable but it might work with a Displayport cable. Also check all video outputs of the card. Could be a bios setting in the motherboard, u might have to reset to default and clear cmos and replace battery. Have a dozen different video cards on a shelf at your disposal to try different cards out on the system, some bus powered, some with power plugs some single 8pin some dual 8pin. Dont forget to always have an AC DC Watt Meter Plugged in and see what the watts are at any time. You should also have a Voltmeter and leads handy so that u can back probe the connectors to verify u still have 12v 5v 3v under load at all the main connectors. Argb parts can be useful for diagnosis because if the lights are acting weird under load then thats a red flag. Also listen to your Speaker while its plugged in, if its crackling under load thats a red flag too.
I think the motherboard bios is setup with AC/Power Loss Always On When I built mining rigs you would set AC power loss on in case power went out or the pc crashed they would restart. The mining rigs would do the same thing if you tried to shut them off they would instantly turn back on.
