    Temperature of the milk is vital folks, too cold won't separate the liquid, too hot creates unusable micro curds.
    This is the best tutorial I've seen yet.

      As soon as i put my finger in it, I realised I had no clue what 44 degree would feel like but pushed through nonetheless. I got micro curds and milk not really separated. Will try this again when I have a kitchen thermometer.

    I used fresh milk and followed yr instructions...but The mine falling the curds apart after putting in cold water. How long do u squeeze the cheese before in hot water and while in hot water? Dont need freeze it? Your reply is very appreciated.

    • @CravetoCook
      @CravetoCook  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If it's falling into curds, then you might have heated the milk more than it should be, and maybe the white vinegar quality that affects the curd!
