I just did the LED upgrade on all lights on my '04 CR-V. Part # 7443, being equivalent to a dual filament bulb, is only required for the front turn signals and brake lights. The rear turn signals, back up lights and high mount brake light only need the single filament equivalent part # 7440. The front and rear stand alone running lights, as well as the license plate light, all take a 194/168/12961 bulb. Also, in order to avoid hyper-flash, be sure to purchase turn signal bulbs, both front and rear, with built in resistors.
When I got my gen 2 it had a crack and hole in the tail light lens. I then replaced the lens with aftermarket. It came with the electrical connectors and bulbs too. I wanted LED back up lights. I got them and discovered the socket on the OEM connection and aftermarket connection were different. So then I order another set of LED back up lights for the other style socket. Well I have an extra set for each side now! The LED lights are way better. The OEM lights were not very good.
@@Jdmforall It matches good for fit and looks. I just did not know the light sockets it had would be different than the OEM. It did come with the light bulbs too. I could have kept using my original light harness I believe, but I decided to go with the new ones it came with. If I remember correctly, the bulb sockets attached to the hole in the housing the same way.
2nd gen crv for the win! Best inline 4 in da world
