For me The Flash was a very mixed film but Sasha Calle was undoubtedly one of the highlights, she was great in the role. I hope they find a way so we can see more of her in the future.
Mixed how!? It was the 2nd best film in the DCEU with amazing scenes with even more amazing actors every minute of the film…I mean, the CGI wasn’t the best, but unlike Avatar, I’d rather the budget go into perfecting the plot and action than any aesthetics!
I liked this movie the Flash. It was fun & exciting but a sad ending! Zod should have died, not Supergirl & Batman! Also why didn't Batman find kryptonite like Luthor did back in '80's Superman movie! Flash then letting his Mom die was even more sad & anticlimactic! These little things sabotaged this film & should be rebooted! I still enjoyed Flash & thanks 4 ur readership!
The movie is my favorite of the DC movies. The guy that played the Flash was amazing so much that I forgot he was playing two characters. I really liked this version of Supergirl Sasha killed that role. I wish she had more screen time.
She was amazing. "Do you know what this symbol stands for? Krypton is a place where our people have hope. Not war. Zod is Kryptonian. But he is not my people." She's lost everything, she was incarcerated by terrible people. She is angry, jaded, and broken- and has hardened from it. She did the role very well. I want her to remain as supergirl.

Besides the nostalgia of michael's batman (and for me he was unpropperly used), personally, she was basicaly the only thing I really loved on the movie. Her supergirl was like a mixture of fragile and strong at the same time, I really wanted to see more of her.
She as supergirl absolutely slayed it. I am just gutted that we may not see her in that role again. She was definitely one of the best parts of the movie.

If they want to make any changes, of course they can, but it should depend on what movie. I am in awe of the difference in people given their chance and what they do with it. Comparing Sasha Calle as Supergirl with Rachel Zegler as Snow White, for example. One is a radiant, outstanding actor, bringing life and greatness to a role, like Supergirl. She, literally, carries the entire movie on her back. And then someone like Zegler who destroys an iconic character and acts like she's insulted to even be playing that historic role. One talks endlessly about how lucky and blessed she is to play her role and one does nothing but criticize and bad-mouth her role, the movie, her co-stars, the fans, the production company and how she is entitled to be worshipped. Sasha is the definition of humble and a class-act, while Zegler is the exact reason Hollywood is failing. Yet, Zegler gets her own movie and Sasha gets canned.
I love this darker take on Supergirl. There is something very Christopher Nolanesque about the character arc and the writers did an great job to mix humor and drama, I'm not sure why it didn't perform as well as expected in theatres. Calle's performance was superb and got me to frown in compassion until the end of the movie. Furthermore, Keaton's reprisal of the role of Batman and performance took me back in a time capsule to 1990 and one of the movies I watched over and over again. Keaton is an all-time favorite and it would be great to see more of him in future releases. When I saw Keaton's missing Alfred I sorely missed Michael Gough, he did one of my favorite Alfred portrayals of all time, RIP.
The truth is that I liked the interpretation of Sasha Calle as Supergirl. She maintained an impressive presence within the film, and in part it was noted that she knew the depth of the character even though for the film they had to change her traditional appearance from the comics where she is blonde haired. However, it should also be noted that long before the film was released and according to what they were showing us in the trailers, many were comparing her appearance familiar to that of Lara Lane Kent, who in the comics is the daughter of Superman with Lois Lane. Let's hope that she stays in the new DCU that James Gunn wants to build and that she can be part of the new project that would be the Supergirl Women of Tomorrow film, which does not yet have a release date.

Such a warm presence she has. Her image of Supergirl I hope they use more in the comics. Very similar to Lara Lane Kent from the injustice comic and Cir El. Her suit and haircut fit and make her look more powerful and mature.
Her suit was AMAZING. There's so much detail, interesting construction, and presence in her suit that it seems truly alien somehow - it's really interesting.

Sasha Calle’s Supergirl was the standout in the film and my favorite character in the film. If the DCU makes a crisis on infinite earths film I hope Sasha Calle will reprise her iteration of the character
Sacha Calle is the reason I saw The Flash. Like many, I was expecting Henri Cavill as Superman. And like many, I was disappointed he wasn't cast for the reasons we now know. But, Sacha Calle is doing a tremendous job as Supergirl. Her screen time is not very long (not long enough I might say) but she gives life to her character every minutes. There's a new super hero in town : Sacha Calle as Supergirl.
My family and i think.. Sasha Calle was the best choice made for Supergirl.. She got the look for modern times. We would love to see her star as the lead actor in Supergirl.. Part 1 and many more to come.

Her suit was AMAZING. There's so much detail, interesting construction, and presence in her suit that it seems truly alien somehow - it's really interesting.
SuperGirl's introduction was a perfect pace for the movie. As well as Michael Keaton's Batman. Throws it in to realism of life and death

Sacha Calle is the reason I saw The Flash. Like many, I was expecting Henri Cavill as Superman. And like many, I was disappointed he wasn't cast for the reasons we now know. But, Sacha Calle is doing a tremendous job as Supergirl. Her screen time is not very long (not long enough I might say) but she gives life to her character every minutes. There's a new super hero in town : Sacha Calle as Supergirl.

I thought I wasn't going to like her as Supergirl but she sure proved me wrong. She was awesome as Supergirl. I kind of felt very disappointed when I saw what happened to her character in the movie cause I don't know if that would mean that's the end for her as Supergirl. Hopefully, they find a way to bring her back..

I know I shouldn't have clicked on this vid, it's not helping me forget, lol. The movie gave us a glimpse of her performance as Kara, something brilliant that we'll sadly never get to see again. Actually now I can totally see her as the new Wonder Woman if they need one in Gunn's future ;)
