It is not that simple. You cannot automatedly reapply sir. If the agency still shows an interest in you and you can mitigate the issue then you appeal. If you lose your appeals then you may sue in District Court.
If you have less than like 2k in debt, but have a low credit score (I got screwed over when I was 18 by a car loan and insurance not communicating). I disclosed what was on my report. Would that disqualify me?
Clearances are granted based on a case by case system. Credit score and debt would both be something they would look at in determining whether or not to grant a clearance. It would be best to list out all debt, along with including comments or explanations.
@OverTheRoadATS listed everything, explained everything, and then explained the steps I've taken to either pay them off, settle, or why I haven't paid yet but my plan to do so (which is like 1,300, just need to make payments)
