My experience Fasting for 40h

Hi! I turned 40 last month and I've always wanted to do explore longer fasts but kept delaying that. This is really level 1 fasting, but from what I hear it's also many times the hardest part (first few days). Nonetheless, this is just a simple video from an amateur/enthusiast trying out a 40h fast - my longest so far.
