    You need to differentiate 'K' Vitamins - it's not just Vitamin K) K is a group of nutrients divided into vitamins K1 and K2. Vitamin K1 is involved in blood coagulation, and vitamin K2 benefits bone and heart health. I take K2-MK7 Vitamin K2 (MK-7) is a natural form of vitamin K2 that can help with bone and cardiovascular health. It's a fat-soluble compound with antioxidant, hemostatic, and anti-osteoporotic properties. MK-7 activates vitamin K-dependent proteins (VKDPs) that help maintain bone metabolism and prevent ectopic calcification.

    It is better to consult a doctor who is well versed and orientated in vitamins/minerals combinations. And also eager to say to stop becoming medications dependent.

    Look at the drug interaction statement stapled to your prescription before taking your first dose. That's the best way. Know what your going to take and why, and cut out what's on the interaction list before taking your new medicine, but only after if it's okd by your doctor to do so!

      When I was taking vitamin d for a while, I got problems and found out that it interferes with my magnesium levels (but my blood magnesium was ok, I just felt that every time I take vitamin d it made me feel bad). Since I take magnesium and vitamin d togehter, I'm feeling much better. So maybe another vitamin or mineral is low too, you can try to find out with blood tests or make it like I did, teach yourself about vitamins, minerals, food and nutrition, and find out which one you maybe need, then try taking it. For example, if you are low in magnesium, the body will also not absorb enough vitamin d, and you can get low on vitamin d again. And check your blood sugar, when it's too high it will make problems long before you will get diabetes, so you have enough time to react before it's too late.

    Is it safe to take L-Tyrosine along with Amphetamine type medication? I've read an article which highly recommends taking L-Tyrosine before sleeping if you take Amphetamine medication on a regular base (to kinda refill your Dopamine & Noradrenaline)... While other sources mention it to be dangerous, recommending to never ever combine those substances at all. Now what's true? Should I do?

    • @biancad2775
      @biancad2775 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You will not get all of the vitamins that are inside because they interfere with each other, but that's ok when you have no vitamin deficiency. But if you have one, it's better you take only the vitamin you need. For example if you don't eat much fruits and vegetables, you maybe need vitamin c, if you don't eat animal products, then vitamin b12, and many people are also low on magnesium, or vitamin D when you don't get enough sun. But I would be careful with overdosing, because a high dose of one vitamin could lead to a deficiency of another. I got deficient in magnesium when I was starting to take Vitamin D.

    • @Mrdsmith500
      @Mrdsmith500 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not sure why anyone would take a calcium supplement. It raises your calcium blood levels, where you don't want it, and does not go into your bones, where you do want it. If you want strong bones, use vitamin K2, m-7. Get your calcium from a good diet and let the K2 do the rest. Best if Vit D3 and K2 combo. But please research this yourself first.
