  • For some, deciding to stop after having one child doesn’t feel like a choice and they struggle to make peace with having an only. How do we accept, make peace and eventually thrive in this unexpected reality. 7 steps to begin healing and find peace if the decision to have one is your own, your partners or some other external factor like health or finances.
    1. Challenge your perceptions about only kids
    2. Forgive your partner/forgive yourself
    3. Mourn the death of the child you wanted
    4. Meditation/visualization
    5. Birth something else
    6. Gratitude for the life you’re living
    7. Live your new reality

    I really needed this video today.....really in a bad place...lots of self blame and regret holding me back to even do my regular work i felt depressed and sad..my husband do not want more children and i am 40 already feeling lonely and like a failure...... thank you for the video 😭.... please do more videos on this topic
