( I am still in Scotland) so i have seen 2 apartments on Sahibidan, 1 through Sun Emlak, And 1 through Owner. One through Emlak want 1 years rent in advance ,is it safe to send money to book the apartment? How does it work with owner? Please can you shed some light on renting property. I don't speak Turkish so it makes things very difficult. I am a muture aged woman
