So happy to have found you! I grew up in Oregon and miss it so much….. Lucky for me, I ordered yarn this week for a Love Note Sweater! It’s been shipped so I will definitely cast on Oct. 1st….so exciting! This will be my third sweater, so I have lots to learn.
OH i am excited to hear all the sizes are included, as much as i would love to make one for myself i have a lot of other knitting obligations right now. I bet I can squeeze in a kids gift though!!

I have been tempted to make a Love Note but have resisted. Until now. And thank you for selecting such a size-inclusive pattern. I will be making the non-lace version because I want to wear it now, and it gets cold up here!
Count me in! Yay! perfect timing. I have been wanting a hand-knit sweater for a while, but I keep messing up every attempt to make one. I either get stuck trying to figure out how to attach the sleeves, or they just don't fit right. Either way, I ripped them all out and made something else because I knew I would never wear them. Also, I live in Houston, so I really can't wear heavy sweaters. Love Note looks nice and light, and you really make it seem like even I can do this. When you make your yarn episode, please include some info on warmth and weight of yarn. Thanks! I'm going to get the pattern now. :)
What perfect timing! I have yarn for the love note since spring (at least!) and finally bought the pattern a couple of days ago. If have two tests on the needles that I have to finish oct6/15 soo oct1 for cast on works great - can’t wait! 🤗🤗🤗
Im doing a gg knit along and the joji Locatelli one but I have the love note on my to do list and you have given a great time frame so Im in. Def no mohair for me we have just moved into Spring in South Africa and my mohair mixes are already making me way to hot. Maybe you could photograph yourself in the three you have made im keen to see the difference in length between them. I def cannot make mine so short so Im going to need to add length. Tx for the podcast ill take a look at your yarn choices vid. T

I was thinking after I recorded I should have tried them on. Maybe I should make a styling video. But, alas, I was lucky to get what I did recorded. Mathilda was wild! :)

I already recorded the video (and edited it). One comment I will mention about warmth is: Mohair is a lot warmer than it looks!
