I am a student who tries to study for 7-10 hours a day because i want to pursue my goal but i feel like i am neglecting my mental health. I don't feel very good nowadays and i always feel guilty about not studying enough, not exercising enough etc. What should i do to improve my condition?
@@345kobi it depends. I usually let most of the fish go. I’d say 90% of the ones I catch. The other ones I catch are stocked fish or hatchery salmon and steelhead and I’ll keep those. I’m vegan myself, so I usually cook them for my friends and family.

The best thing I ever did for my mental health was switch to keto and fasting. Nutrition and lifestyle changes are hard but it’s so worth it!
