Looking forward to your next journey. I know way back when,... you inquired about a windshield , and your mechanic told you to grow a pair! After all the foul weather you've endured in all/most of your trips, ... I'd have thought by now you'd grown a palm tree and a couple of coconuts!... and a windshield for a Roadking attaches and can be removed in literally seconds! I just feel bed seeing another RoadKing brother suffer! I endured riding without one on an old Honda (ex broke the one that was on it) eventually after she became history, ... I put a new one on it and what a difference it made, and how much more relaxing it was to have a windshield! And yes my Road King has one!.... and I just added a pair of handguards this last week, and do they make a difference in cold and rain!

I’m so sorry I just gotta say, do you live in England, does it just not rain all the time? I love the bike, but I would humbly suggest, keeping a rain suit in your bike, and a facemask for the rain perhaps the original windshield allows for not wearing a mask in the rain. I’m just saying my friend….. parts falling off are very seldom unless driving on rough roads. But on Harleys, you should always keep an eye on tightening up all the shifting mechanism and all pegs. I have Harleys just sharing my knowledge… I enjoy your videos, beautiful scenery..

A recent poll by another TH-camr was which is your favorite American bagger. Two of us said Honda and we got some 😂 emojis from a Harley fan. This Harley guy said "life is too short for j@p crap".
My comment to him... Would you like me to list all the problems with Harley engines from the Evo to the M8? Problems the owner has to spend money to fix.
    I didn't get a response back.
And looking into it further, Harley has an impressive list of engine problems since 1970 to present and I don't think Honda could top it. There's a recent recall of 65,200 Harleys for a shock mount issue.
Time to get yourself something else.

    • @scottcoxon7335

I used to think you were OK 😁. I'm the first to say they are far from perfect and lots of other manufacturers are better in many ways BUT they have something special, nothing else feels like a Harley, nothing else has that effect on every sense, you know you're on a Harley and you wouldn't mistake it for anything else. Nothing I have ever riden puts a smile on my face like that and that's worth 10 times more parts falling off than they do. I couldn't even image owning anything else now. I have nothing against any manufacturers at all it just comes down to what you love. I've had Japanese, British and American bikes. Character goes a long way. Thanks.
