There is a way to destroy the Schönhausen, I tried it some years ago : Coming back to Rebel base and making three Rebel helicopters go to the enemy flagship (they will follow our helo). Then we attack with our allies. But we're also destroyed in that case and the end is the same.

In any difficulty, you can take some hits per mission si a easy achievement don't worry
