Great project. Just a note that boiler tubes would normally be installed by expanding the tube, not welding. Since this will be low pressure, I’m sure it’s fine welded though.
I just love to watch this progress of this beautiful boat being built, it reminds me of a modern day Noah's Ark!!! Only problem is the video's are too far apart we need to see more of the build please upload video's more often!!!

@@paulsmith1444 the one thing I'm curious about is did they ever get the shipping container full of tools etc out of customs I don't recall ever hearing if they got it or not. When Alex left to return home it was still in custody of the customs department!!!
If i was 40 years younger i would be there sweating with you guys. I dunno if cargo will be sustainable but dang as a cruiser you will be great vacation destinations c ta rica to hawwaii, hawaii to alaska/bc, and bc to seattle then back to costa rica
Yes, we had a surveying company do a full scan of the shipyard, launch route and surrounding mangrove. The ship will launch directly into the ocean which is about 100m away. Our official launch plan will be released as we get closer.
I have, 2 quèstions - are yòu goinģ to build more tall ships now that most things are set up to do so and what procèss ìs going to get çèìba to the water it còuld be my eyes but it seem çiba is a goodly distance from the water
If all else fails, within about 10 years it could well float on its own with the rising Sea levels (Pure guesswork, but I do hope they do have a plan as it is a little heavy to throw on a trailer!).

Between the jungle and shallow mud flats they are a loooong way from deep water.
