25:00 So if this thing has been terrorizing this elderly couple like this for fourteen years...its obvious the police and justice system in Britain is useless

Even though she had been told by the court and the police she could not go to my brother's house when he had custody of their son. She kept beating until my brother called the police. After the police and fire department showed up she said she had cut her foot or something of the sort. A few days later the police show up to arrest my brother for assault. She went home after banging on the door that day and applied makeup to her face to look as if she had been in a fight with Rocky Balboa, yeah it looked that bad. She took pictures and showed them to the police and that's why they arrested my brother. She also had a digital audio recorder and recorded her beating on the door and then screamed for my brother to stop beating her. On the recording, it sounded terrible like she was really being beaten. My brother never touched her and never opened the door. When it went to court she got on the stand and cried and told the courtroom what took place. When it was my brother's turn he wheeled in a 65-inch flatscreen tv with a DVD player. What she didn't know was that my brother had installed cameras to record every aspect of his property due to vandalism on his truck. Well, the cameras captured everything that day, her beating on the door and screaming for him to stop beating her and her screaming for help all while her current husband was standing at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the front door and watching everything. And the video clearly showed that my brother never opened the door, never went outside, and never hit her. The case was dismissed and I think she got charged with filing a false report to the police. IF not for the camera and the video evidence my brother very well might have gone to jail.
What an evil POS. The sad thing is that a thing like her has a child. Nobody who behaves like that and falsely accuses someone should have any kind of time alone with a child. Do not wait years to get a restraining order if someone is harassing you. This is why it effects your mental health and makes you a prisoner in your own home.
The cat at around 30:20 broke my heart :(( I have my cat and they truly are a part of the family. Like a child to me. Cats are like cuddly easy children. A fur-baby. So this hurts terribly to watch.
40 yrs old from Toronto. I've had 2 dogs from pups (1 Labrador & 1 Husky/Rottweiler mix) and have never had cats. But I've always loved cats. I grew up with all the neighborhood cats always coming to me when I was outside. I would always spend time with them in the garden/on the streets, sit with them and they would usually come into my lap. I always thought of them as wonderful and super cute. So interesting, so independent, and must be so ultra easy to take care of. Yes, cats are like cuddly easy children, fur-babies. I think the reason I never got any as an adult is because I'm a bit OCD with household cleanliness and they climb on everything like the top of couches and on bed pillows where you rest your head on etc. And their feet are always dirty and digging in the litter box etc. Also they usually have bum crusts that always come in contact with fabric surfaces. Aside from that I love cats and always will.
That woman is pure evil to do that to a cat. It was friendly too! What has she done to children behind closed doors? Makes my blood run cold. She should have been made an example of and got proper jail time. If she'd done that to any pet of mine, I swear she'd be picking up her teeth with a broken arm!
This will probably get reported but I wish there was a vigilante we could call, donate 'something for their trouble', to go and make their life as insufferable as they’re making their neighbours. I despise bullies.
There's some really nasty, evil people living around us all. This show is a good reminder of that. I really do not trust anybody these days. One nasty person can wreck havoc on so many people. It's very sad.
I really hate a thief .This older man told me years ago a lier & a thief goes hand in hand if they will lie to u they will steal from you & that is so true.
I’ve been watching the shows from the UK for a few months now. I like the ones with the CCTV footage as it helps law enforcement catch criminals and to prove/disapprove allegations. I was surprised by the amount of residents now using CCTV. I feel bad for the older couple having to deal with that neighbor. I was glad that in the end they were able to restart their life. Too bad they have to wear a body camera to do so. Now the term, “Remember the good old days,” takes on new meaning. Bless the older couple for standing their ground as they have been in their home for so many years. They have a true strength to stay in their home through all of this, as it has been their home since their marriage! Bless the both!
The psychologist lady, love her sense of humor. “I felt like the armed forces in Ireland when they went around checking cars.” “I’d be walking the dog, looking at people and thinking “Is it YOUUUU?” LMAO
Cycling on the pavement is a pet hate of mine. The times I've nearly been run over on the pavement is unbelievable. And the thing is : They think they have the right to be there ! And now we got electric scooters, who ride on the pavement too ! 😱😱😱
the parents are definitely in the wrong too. A child that young shouldn't have been unsupervised around a busy walkway. Especially not near the main road. The cyclist shouldn't have been cycling in the walkway. So he's also at fault. But it looks like the cyclist has already accepted responsibility and paid his dues. The parents on the other hand don't seem to admit they were at fault in any way :/
Absolutely that Mom needed to have a hand on her toddler daughter if she knew that bicycles whizzing by it 20 miles an hour, near a very busy street! It's amazing that people would go after the cyclist when he was just cycling, Nanny says the onus is on the parent to have a hand on that child so near a street! Sure he should've stopped to make sure the kid was OK but 90% of this is on the parents. In the US (here in Tx) there is no law against cycling on the sidewalks and it would be ungodly dangerous to force all cyclers onto the street! ~A Tx Nanny #SorryNotSorry #MomFuckUp
The young fella who hit the little girl should’ve left his details in the family’s letter box or come back to see how the little girl was. Just riding off looks very suspect.
I would be doing life for torture and murder if I ever got hold of any of the parasites in this film who hurt and killed those defenceless precious little kitties and other animals!

People need to remember, possessions can be replaced. People cannot. Don't EVER challenge someone trying to steal from you. Nicki's car was a piece of metal, plastic and rubber that was insured. She wasn't brave, she was stupid. Try putting it in a garage, covering it up or install a bollard.
When I was a kid I was raped by a man 4 times and they had proof that he did it as the police found the photos and videos that he took. He only got 4 years and was out in 3. I am surprised that this man got 5 years. Murderers get less.
@@serfcity7242 at 36 I’ve never been hit by a bike because my parents taught me to look before darting out. The fact that it was a bike is irrelevant. It could have been a jogger/runner a mobility scooter, an escaped dog or even an out of control car. Parents have a responsibility to teach their kids how to be as safe as possible but far too many expect the rest of the world to take on that responsibility.
The parents of that girl is very irresponsible. Imagine if that girl run to the street and hit by a car. Its public place that the girl step out, parents should be mindful that its public walk path and its busy for people walking or people that uses the walk path.

Stefhanie Insinga-Ash I see your point. However, they started filming because they needed proof of her behavior. So the cameras didn't cause her behavior. Also if the woman would stay on her own property she wouldn't ever be filmed. If you look at the camera view from the front of the couples house you can't see the neighbors at all.
Once it was just the criminals who had contempt for the ordinary, law-abiding citizens. Then, about 30-40 years ago we saw the Judiciary move to a position on most crime, where they exhibited compassion for the criminal; hostility toward the property owner victims, and a complete lack of tolerance for the victim who fights back and injures his attacker. Today, even the Police force operates with an indifferent attitude toward property crime, an disinclination to tackle crime in ethnic communities, and a preference for prioritising "though crimes" (race, gender)
My neighbor stole the plum tree right out of my yard, dug it right up and planted in her yard, but taking the lawn off the land really does beat all. What has the human race come to⁉️⁉️⁉️
Unbelievable my old neighbour was the same and because i would never ever do something like that i didn't believe the accusations against him and defended him until i saw harden proof i was convinced he wouldn't do that...😎
It's the the background music that gets me! Making it seem all innocent but the reality is, it is not for the victims especially viewing the lout jumping across all the cars...no doubt causing untold damage to those vehicles.
Reminds me so much of my neighbour. When my mother was a nurse working in covid, her neighbour decided to take advantage and start throwing things in her garden like beer bottles, cigarette butts and so on. It's infuriating.
3 months prison for stealing turf, but a suspended 18-month sentence (which is basically probation) for being a psycho kitten killer? That doesn't sound right to me.
Tracy Lustick made me cry ,pure evil....I've cameras.keep catching my neighbor sweeping her grass cuttings into my garden ,and other rubbish.i went out asked her to stop...she denied, and got abusive.cameras dont lie .i have CCTV as years ago we were bullied and harassed by neighbors.my children, pets ,car...cameras are so. much better now
The fact that poor woman feels she has to wear a bodycam to go for a walk with her husband is horrible, do people not have any compassion? leave them alone ffs, and the woman that had her dog attack the kitten should of got actual prison time, this world is trash sometimes
The most shocking was the kitten killer, I seriously don't understand these people's way of thinking it's so disgusting, and she didn't even get any jail time? It's disgraceful! My heart goes out to the family that lost the poor kitten x
They use love to hurt people because they can never experience love (being very broken). Basically they are the "If I cant have it nobody can" people. When that "it" becomes love there is always trouble. Hope that helps your understanding. Sad world.
Suspended sentences need to become a thing of the past. It's basically saying "you've gotten away with it on this occasion...but if it happens again...", literally all a suspended sentence is.

The kid on the bike who hit the little girl made so many mistakes. First off, if you are forced on the sidewalk, you are already breaking the law, it's narrow and people may step out of a residence. Go slow and get off as quickly as is safe. Next, he should have called police and reported the accident and made himself available by not leaving the scene. Accept the ticket and responsibility and it would never have gone so public. "I just walked away". Well, there you have it. Then the dad of the boy pipes up and says no one has a right to post a video to the internet and compares that to inviting a film crew into his private residence and them having to have his permission. No, dumb jerk, it's not the same thing. The call went out to identify the bicyclist who vanished. Did he even think to come back and even apologize? Nope. Instead he hides out and hopes it all goes away. Then he points out that he fell off his bike after striking the child. Oh, so he's a victim also! Poor boy, right?
Either way the "nasty neighbour" learn new ways to get at the other's without getting into any trouble. I have had 3 neighbours like that & sad part was they were at least 30 years older than myself. Unfortunately nasty neighbours are not just the young one's....
The problem is, people don't know how to be good neighbors. My neighbor backed into my yard and left muddy ruts. I filled them in and planted grass without saying anything. When people start being petty, that's when the problems start. Unfortunately it seems that so many people are petty these days.
I had a neighbor who wouldn't stay out of my yard .I quickly put up a six foot wooden fence with no trespassing signs . He still insisted upon coming into my yard so I hired him to cut my grass ,and I put up cameras . He was obsessed with me and constantly watched me . So I became reclusive not even going into my own yard . I do understand the feeling of being stalked by a neighbor . It is very hard to remain at peace with such a person . My way of keeping peace was to hire him to cut the grass and on some occasions the place I worked would throw away cases of unopened beer . I would bring the beer home and leave it by his yard ...He was an alcoholic .....He is gone now ....He died in 2017 liver failure .
Theres lots of people out there who will give someone a good battering for payment. I'd spend a few grand making sure she spends the rest of her days unable to walk and eating through a straw.
...awww bless that poor woman who got the bully neighbour...14 years this has been going on...i cant believe it😱 ...bullys like that you just gotta stand up to em...but not everyone can...
It’s a pity that Mandy (the one dealing with the old man exposing himself) didn’t think to just point at his junk, burst out laughing and say “is that all you’ve got?”. Obviously it’s easy for myself to suggest this as I’m not the one being stalked but it might help anyone with a stronger constitution to bring such a perve down a peg or three.
Apparently, in her younger years, my mother encountered a ‘flasher’. He exposed himself, and my Mum said, “No thanks. I roll my own”. Then she took out her cigarette and lit it. That is very typical of the stories I hear of my parents young lives.
He very obviously has mental health issues, which of course is no excuse. The worry is of course, that will he become dangerous? It must have been very unnerving for her to carry on as normal while he was just a few feet away, with his pecker out. Most normal people usually begin getting to know the neighbours with a cheery " nice day today, isn't it?" But this guy is clearly not normal....
My gran got exposed to by a patient from the nearby mental hospital as a teenager, and there's this excerpt taken from her memoirs. He said “I bet you have never seen one as big as that”. My guardian angel came to my rescue and I said “oh yes I have, I’ve got one myself”. I roared with laughter and pushed by, cycling furiously and laughing out loud. My bravado was really a bluff as I was terrified, but I can’t imagine how I must have worsened his psychological health.
Everyone has HD camera in their pockets, but the most important camera of all, the one they specifically purchase to capture critical evidence, is the grainiest resolution imaginable. 😂
If you record on HD it takes a lot of storage space, now HD for 24h/7 that's a lot of storage which is very expensive, so it's understandable that the quality is lesser.
When I watched the one with the child, I thought people were going to talk about the mother allowing the child to wander around on the street. I would never allow a child that close to a very busy street without carrying or holding their hand. Bad parenting. And then I thought the young man had not stopped. But come to find out he did stop!!!! That is called an accident and bad judgment on both party's side; the parents and the young man for riding on the sidewalk. And I agree, in a case like that, those idiot parents had no right to post that video without showing everything!
It's not your parenting style but you cannot objectively say it's bad parenting. Perhaps you have incompetent children because you have never let them by challenged.
Shouldn't of been riding on the pavement period so it is his fault, should of rode a lot slower being cautious of anyone walking out their path never mind just a child... Could of killed a pensioner, could of killed this child and I didn't see much sorry in his pity speech... I'd of been gutted had I caused that... Which wouldn't of happened cause I hate bikes and wouldn't use one anyway... Cyclists are idiot enough on the road never mind pavements. Should be insured like cars for the crashes they cause
@@mac-yo2xs I think the original comment is not fair. I more agree with you. I think he is more at fault than the family. But he did stop, the family just ignored him because they needed to take the girl to the hospital. That being said, what makes this a gray area is that they decided to release the footage and possibly messed up his life for a long time. That makes me have less sympathy for them. In the end, he paid for the error with a hefty fine which is enough.
Great stuff thanks Real Stories, some of the footage is hilarious as well as really creepy. In many ways I'd say bring it on, especially in built up areas. We live in such a bazaar times where having visual proof of psychopathic neighbours is just about all we have left to prove something to protect ourselves. The downside is what people will do with such footage, good or ill but whatever happens it's with us to stay and should be issued as standard with military and law enforcement.

Exactly. That woman was pure evil. She should have got jail time.
You are absolutely right.
That woman is pure evil to do that to a cat. It was friendly too! What has she done to children behind closed doors? Makes my blood run cold.
She should have been made an example of and got proper jail time. If she'd done that to any pet of mine, I swear she'd be picking up her teeth with a broken arm!

He still insisted upon coming into my yard so I hired him to cut my grass ,and I put up cameras . He was obsessed with me and constantly watched me . So I became reclusive not even going into my own yard . I do understand the feeling of being stalked by a neighbor . It is very hard to remain at peace with such a person . My way of keeping peace was to hire him to cut the grass and on some occasions the place I worked would throw away cases of unopened beer .

38:00 I would laugh and point at the old man who was exposing himself.
I nearly broke my computer when I watched that horrid woman and her dog kill that poor wee kitten. Eighteen months SUSPENDED?! So bloody angry seeing that. They should have banned her from owning pets as well. Some folk aren't meant to walk the earth; she's one of them. (Hissing meows)

Should have got at least 25 years prison time too.
@@christiansarewankers302 At the very least!! Horrid, horrid woman, that one. (Disgusted meows)

I unfortunately lived on a council estate for a brief period. I'd always said I'd never live on one but for work I briefly privately rented a house the whole area was riddled with scum. There was nothing wrong with the area or the houses but the people were and still are the dregs of humanity.
