    Awesome tutorial.....just did my first kip up. What I advice you guys who are trying to master is to watch the video then try doing the steps mentioned. Then re-watch only the step where you are struggling and correct it.

    It would be great if you could teach us how to improve flares to be able to combine them with airflares or flares to handstand, your technique is really great and it´s incredible how you can perform a lot of exercises. Thank you

      @@gokuson6837 About two to three days. But I can't do it consistently yet. I also recorded myself and found that the technique is wanting. The biggest problem is that my right hand leaves the ground visibly sooner than my left hand. I haven't yet decided if that mistake makes the move harder or easier.

    Hi 👋 thanks so much for this really well explained video!
    My problem is that my kick is perfect - but I lack the strength in my arms to lift my torso off the floor. (I could send you a video of my kip up attempts if you pm me).
    I can do front flips on the ground and deep squats (Malasana pose), so flexibility is not the issue.
    After some consideration I discounted the thought that I’m too weak in my arms, as I workout regularly, so I just can’t figure out why my torso stays on the ground or, if at all, lifts up maybe a tiny bit but not enough to propel it up- and forward enough. 😥
    Do you have any advice?

    Is this move a good choice for general warm up? (Instead of jumping jacks or burpees, for example.) I was thinking about training this for about 10 minutes everyday before the specific warm up of the day.

      1 - Half bridges.
      Lay on the floor. Bring your heels close to your buttocks, and lift pelvis off the floor. Two sets of 50.
      2 - Full bridges. Two sets of 15.
      3 - Wall walking down. Two sets of 9.
      4 - Wall walking down and back up.
      Two sets of 9.
      5 - Bridge from standing. Two sets of 6.
      6 - Stand to stand.
      Practice each step a few weeks before moving to the next step.
      Convict conditioning. 😉

    Hello.
    I’ve been watching your videos for a while and I’m interested in your program.
    But I don’t know if I should start with the beginner or intermediate programs.
    I’m not really a beginner (been an athlete from 5 to 25yo more or less, working out 6 days a week, sometimes more), but I’m 47yo now and I’m very rusty.
    But I still can do 20 push-ups and 10 pull-ups :)

      You are doing it bad. Maybe, I am not an expert. When I do the kip up I don't roll back, but this is more difficult.
