    since yesterday I took your Ashtanga Half Primary Series yoga class I decided today to do a wrist free class (no need for chaturanga today) 😅
    THANK YOU Erin for all of your amazing yoga class, I have been following you for 3 years & I so grateful for you. thank you for upload, new classes, in crazy times like these.
    As part of my new routine, these days, the first thing I do in the morning (after my coffee;)) is taking one of your yoga class, I love to go back to old ones as well.
    I hope to meet you one day at your yoga retreats, differently one of my dreams.

    I always look around at different channels, looking for a practice that fits my mood/needs of that particular day. The funny thing is that I always come back to your channel. I think you are the best yoga instructor on TH-cam. Keep up the fantastic work. This class was exactly what I needed after a long day.

    I've been doing your yoga videos for almost three years now, but this is the first time I've tried a wrist-free class. It was the *perfect* routine to challenge me, while still letting me baby a sore shoulder that's been a bit cranky in plank and down dog the past few days. I always get excited when you post a new video, but I'm equally as excited when I find one from the archives that I've never done before. As always, thank you for a great class, Erin!

    love this - great to see a challenging hands free. after years of adapting and using my fists for vinyasa my condition has now deteriorated that i can't use my hands at all. what a life saver all yogi's are that adapt for disabilities. sending love and gratitude.

    I'm healing from a wrist fracture and yoga has been the most helpful tool in getting my strength and flexibility back. I'm back to doing planks and down dogs (with you!), but your wrist free classes helped me keep my sanity when my paw was in a cast this summer. So grateful for your presence on here!

    Thank you for the arms-free-yet-challenging class! I developed severe shoulder arthritis at a very young age due to a genetic disorder, and it turned my life upside down. As a deeply dedicated vinyasa yogi and general fitness enthusiast, it was crushing to watch almost all the ways I loved to move my body become permanently inaccessible. Over the years I have slowly cobbled together new ways to do yoga that keep me safe and are also challenging and satisfying, but it's been very difficult to find guidance and classes I can do. Most hands-free offering are aimed at elderly or out of shape people. Classes like this one are a real light in the darkness - thank you!!!

    I did this one today. I'm only a week into my yoga journey, so I can't get into a lot of the positions. However, my legs were screaming at me by the end. Anyone who says yoga isn't a workout hasn't taken a class with you. Love it! Looking forward to the release next week.

    This is another one of your classes that went directly into my favorites list! I especially like your wrist free classes in the afternoon. I'm trying to work in 2 classes per day when possible and this class is perfect if I've already done a lot of arm work.

I am rehabing my left shoulder, and have found your wrist free workouts to be excellent for my purposes. Really enjoyed this video, as I have all your workouts.     This is exactly what I’ve been looking for,hands free but strengthening and challenging. Balancing is my nemesis & I couldn’t do some of the poses but I want something to work towards on my yoga journey. I have an ongoing shoulder injury which has limited my practice but I feel amazing after this,and I’m not usually one to practice for much more than 30-40 mins! This just flew by! Thankyou,more hands free would be super appreciated! Xx

    This is my favorite wrist-free yoga I've found so far. I'm giving my wrists a break for a little while due to tendonitis, and I love that this routine is still strenuous and has flow. I still feel like I am doing yoga!

    Loved this one! It was challenging but felt so much better for my wrists and shoulders. I also really appreciated the variations. When my friends come over to do yoga with me and they see a wrist free class they always say a big thank you! Please do more like this.

    Every couple of months I really need a class that doesn't stress my hyper-elastic wrists. Thank you. This class offered stability, balance, strength, twists and binds, and challenging transitions. I wish there were more classes that focused less on chadarunga's and more on other transitions. I don't even mind down-dog, for I can lessen the strain on my wrists.

    Hello Ma'am, I have been learning yoga the last 4 months. Thought that downward dog, trikonasana, bridge pose were too easy. Learnt my lesson as I couldn't hold most of the poses for the entire duration. Feeling inspired to strive harder now! Holding the poses is so much more difficult than moving from 1 pose to another! Thank you for the video :)

    I love your classes Erin! I do have to mention, as someone with a shoulder injury, there are still a lot of overhead movements in this practice. While there are no chaurangas or downward dogs, lifting arms overhead is difficult for some people. Just something to consider.

    Wow Erin!! I just completed this practice for the first time and I am amazed at the poses this practice took me to. So many I have never done before and would never have imagined I could. I am so proud of my practice today I do t think I can put it I to words. The eagle pose series was my favorite. And the fact that I actually made it on one side into the toe stand of the half bound lotus tree pose!!!! I was shocked....i never would have imagined I could do it. (couldn't get there on the other side, lol, but that's ok...I will eventually even if it takes years...hehe). I want to thank you for being on u tube and for doing these classes, I am thankful for you every day and will be a patreon for as long as you have your channel. Without tou my yoga practice would not be where it is today. Thank you! 🧘‍♀️💖

    Happy New Year to you and your family Erin. I just completed this practice...one month ago I commented and couldn't get in to toe balance one the one side and to be honest...i couldn't stand back up either. Lol. I had to fall to the side on the floor to get out of it and back up. Well today...i not only got down into the pose on both sides but I also got back up still intact!!! I was so happy there was a whoop on the mat and happy laughter....what a way to start my Year of yoga. And even tho it's thru u tube you are my yoga instructor so I wanted to share with you what happened today bc it is you that got me there. Now I'll work on proper form while I'm down there but I'm taking today as success and progress. Thank you!❤

    Amazing sequence, and this is exactly what I needed as I hurt my wrists recently doing Vinyasa yoga and playing the guitar. Even though we didn't hold poses on our wrists I still felt very challenged and learned some new poses as well. Very pleased with this class and keep up the good work! Namaste

    Did this outside during windy conditions when I wasn't in the mood for a more weather -appropriate floor practice. Other than a bit too much torque on the knees in a few of the crossed poses this was super! Thanks and namaste.

    Really enjoyed this, wanting to give my wrists a break but had struggled to find anything that gave a bit of a workout. Good to try new poses, liked the half lotus/ half hero - never done that one before.

    I hurt my wrist recently, couldnt do chataranga or downdog, thought I would lose yoga for a month atleast. Thank you for this video, I can now practice yoga without spraining my wrist, until it heals. Much love ❤️

    Thank you for this one. I had of all things an injury and infection in my jaw and leaning over made it hurt more but I still wanted to practice yoga. This class worked wonderfully, and I didn't have to stay inactive because of a small but very painful injury. And I am sure I will come back to this due to my overused shoulders.

    I hurted my shoulder almost a year ago and it is still not good, have not been able to do handstand. Plank or anything like that now for a year.
    Found this class and it has been my saviour, spec now Also during covid.

    Hi, I love your sessions, thank you for sharing with us. I just had a lumpectomy with lymph node removal. Have quite a bit of pain in my arm post-op and my lifting/weight bearing restrictions have been extended. This was a great way to get in my yoga without pushing the strength of my arms. Can you maybe do some more challenging hands free flows? I don't find much for breast cancer survivors on you tube. Thanks!
