As a Newcastle fan, I'm glad that some information that isn't in other videos is here. Also the future of St James Park seems major, especially that it's a venue for the 2028 EUROS.
It's probably best to just build a new one similar in design to the current one but the same on old 4 sides.. that would be huge, and impressive.. but more importantly, it will be cleaner, more efficient in the usage of space and sustainable power.. and maximizes the revenue-generating potential to earn 7 days a week rather than only on match days.. don't think small..
80k would be futureproofing at the very least. And with the Notion of maximum efficiency selling factor, probably cheaper tickets for greater revenue if the stadium doesn't fill on current prices
⚫️⚪️Brand new, Supa Stadium, is the hopefull, & imo, * righfull choice. An, 80, 000 safe standing, seater Stadium, with a closed Roof - to hold music concerts, & other sports venues too max revenue, & be the envy of the country/world. This is a once in a lifetime thing, think of the future, & the generations to come. Exstending, current ground, is pointless ( esp if we can turn/tilt, into leazes park, as a B.N.Build) as 60, odd Thou, sumply isnt big enough for the demand. Not to mention a costly, waste ! If, like, Y.A.R, P.I.F, Our chairman, & owner, "we want to be the *best,"- we have to build, the best....⚫️⚪️
@HarleySmithYT the numbers reported in the telegraph were 1 billion for a rebuild/renovation and 2-3 billion for a new ground elsewhere in the city. Early 2025 we should hear something.
@HarleySmithYT its extremely expensive in Newcastle since the whole region of the city is very protected bureaucratically. (Took 7 attempts to spell that)

Glad you like it 😊
The pitch is magificent . I remember the old pitch with shearer . The toon cabbage patch .
Cool vid🤜🏾🤛🏾
Thank you 😊
Sounds a dream ❤
Oh yes 😊 it really is
Need to build a new one in the leazes if possible
💯 %
60,000 is not big enough
We need 75,000 min

A brand new modern super stadium for NUFC. Nothing else will do. Build it and they will come.
The Toon could fill a 100,000 seater every week.
60K is good considering only 300M atm. Once they hit fame they can consider to upgrade to 75K. 80K is too much for them
80k would be futureproofing at the very least.

I'm in camp new stadium. if this is where we are voting.
with you mate!
Agreed 👍
Love SJP.
But a new stadium is the true best way forward
Put a hotel around the top of the stadium. Access to the VAR videos on phones!
Good idea!
60,000 is nowhere near big enough at the minute. Should success follow the investment it will need to be in the region of 75,000-80,000.

1 billion maybe not 300 million
1 billion for renovations is wild, id say 300 to 500 million

That's what I was thinking 🤔

Stay at St James.
