Both of these manuals boost your speed on the ground when performed. "Hot Rod" is preferred, but not unlocked until completing Classic mode on Sick difficulty, so the other is used temporarily in its place. I am not sure why "Hot Rod" is preferred, though.
platypus1130 i think its because you can land it like normal manual, unlike Paulie Butt where you can't balance to one side to end it. Thanks for explaining though
