Ajinamota (msg) is bad only exceed 3g per day. Normally the road side fried rice has only 0.5 to 1g of msg.
Even the normal salt should not exceed 5g per day. So you can use msg at limited quantities in daily no issues.
The breast milk has contain msg, how do you avoid that?
By the way, msg is mono sodium glutamate, which means a form of salt.
