  • Happy New Year! Time for my First Park Run! I then had an extra 5k to complete at a slower pace, so took out the camera and discussed 2021, mindset for 2022, and how the last year was.
The injuries are now healing up, and feel a lot better to run. Has anybody got anything that they are looking to achieve in 2022? A running goal? A marathon? Maybe something completely unrelated - comment below!
If anybody else is affected by baby loss and wishes to talk, then please comment below, or reach out to me on:

Definitely trying to run a marathon in March. I haven't set any goals past that yet though! Thanks for asking about that so now I have to think. I might set some reading book goals.

How is the training going so far buddy? Marathon by March is a great goal!

@@doitfor1815 I got shook up a little this past weekend with some chest pain the doctors couldn't figure out, but then I got the greenlight to run again. Ran 11 miles on Sunday, which was a big mental win to get back out there.
This morning it was 15 degrees F (-9C) and that was fun haha. Honestly, it wasn't that bad even though the cold is usually a big mental barrier for me.
Do you miss your daughter a lot? I find myself missing my children that were born sleeping. It makes me sad and angry all wrapped together. Often times, I think about holding them and how that would feel.
