Does anyone else feel like the devs mixed up the ending voicemails for ending 1 and 2? I got ending 2 on my first playthrough and it’s really strange to see that Sara seems on better terms with you even though you wrecked her body .
To me, other than mixed up voicemails, the first three ending seems really weird and out of place, probably running out of time, budget or even ideas, given that the fourth ending is actually fit in place... Overall, it was a good game... not perfect or top tier. But good enough for a single experience. 👍
Even if he had survived, he would've still been stuck in the system, chained by the ichorite. Him finally getting freed from all the suffering was in my opinion the best way to end it.
So I didn't shoot the guy on Icarus, *DID* close the door at Redroom, Said it was Green (I think if I remember correctly), and didn't shoot Salma and got the 4th ending. I got the "What Ever Happened To Jane Salma", "Fire Walk With Me", and "End of Deadly Dreams" trophies. I think the only other ending related trophy I have to get is - "Anguish" (I think?) I literally played and finished it yesterday, so I'm still figuring it out. I will be looking through videos for my other missed trophies. I know: 'Cold Case' - is leaving the documents instead of burning 'You've Got Mail' - is grabbing that pamphlet (I can't believe I missed this!) when you are watching the protests 'The Game' - talking to that guy in the decontamination bathroom with the correct boxing moves 'Chicken Of Justice' - I turned on all those lights!! But forgot to turn off the light in the bathroom I think it is? Or corner room? 'Ray Of Light' or Save The Tree - is the one I don't know about yet. But thanks for the video
There’s two trophies for each ending. One for choosing Green as the culprit and don’t shooting at the woman in the end and the other one for choosing the Serial Killer and blasting her
The tree one is when you go back to the apartment after Icarus crashes into the building ( when you go back for the sychrotest) that little tree james has in the kitchen will have fallen o the floor from the impact . Stand over it and yo will get a prompt to pick it up!
I think we have just one trigger for a good ending (and, of course, don't shoot Jane Salma). When Sara asks you who you think is the culprit, you have to choose 'Green'. I didn't shoot the guy and didn't close the door, chose 'Green', and got a good ending.
Green such a man.Even though he is one corrupt politician.He is not evil.He knew evils and wrongs of this city and he tried to fix it.When he could not.He made sure his death will fix things.I respect him.
there’s 8 possibilities on what you can do assuming your choices on icarus and red room are the same, if they are not (example: shoot on icarus don’t close red room) there’s 16 different possibilities. assuming we use the 8 possibilities approach which makes more sense, shouldn’t there be 8 different endings
So, in the last ending we die permanently and Sara doesn't even know? I hate that ending. Yeah sure we got to be with our wife, but Sera deserves closure
I think the twist with the murderer is really well played out.. if you choose "Murderer" and not "Green" when asked by Sara who the culprit is.. you actually don't know till the very end that the murderer does not exist at all and that everything is just in James' mind 😀
@@akifinisgaming That part I get, my question is what happens after that choice that is different? In 1 and 2 I didn't find any difference as a result of either choice. 3 and 4 will give you a different result
I didn't shoot that man when the Killer asked me to, and I didn't lock that room. I didn't shoot Sara and ended up with the ending on the island. How??
Is like that if you chose Murderer James starts having an obsession with that while if you chose Green he starts to realize that he might be going crazy like him?
nah no save slots and endings depend on choices made in all chapters you can skip dialog and the game itself is kinda short but 4 endings still require 4 full playthroughs

Last ending was obviously the best, but I was hoping for an ending where Karra survived, but oh well
Technically in the first three he does 'survive' if you can call it like that. Maybe at some point his consciousness will be put into a new body :)

so there isnt a true happy ending just 3 misery and one bad
I wouldn't call it bad.. in the #4 James finally gets to reunite with Rachel (even though he dies) and Sara gets her body back

I chose Green as the killer. The last conversation with Sara was positive (she said I was crazy, and I let her go).
The most important decision is the "Green" vs "Murderer" one :)
