Well, Keith Duffy and Anto Drennan are definitely part of the BAND, as in recording and touring with the Corrs, playing gigs, composing chords and bass lines in the studio, arranging new songs together, etc., but they’re not an official part of the Corr family. It’s not THEIR last name. Lol. They won’t be part of the band’s promo imagery and stock photos. 😆 They get paid for what they do, so naturally, they don’t have to do the promo and interviews. I’m sure they receive some interviews of course, but dozens and dozens of singers/bands are like this… what about all the solo singers who have bands traveling with them..? It’s only them, with their voice. They either have to have a DJ or a band or both. Or we’ll be hearing an acapella performance. Haha. But the band members clearly aren’t doing publicity or being interviewed whenever the main "star" is. Musicians all have a job to do… I’m sure they’re happy with that, as it saves them the stress! It’s one less thing to think about-keeping up appearances. Recording is one thing, touring is stressful enough, and being on stage and having to play perfectly each night, but then having to answer questions, be interviewed and keep up the image? To be the "face" of the brand and group? I think not. They know what they signed up for. Keith and Anto have been with them since day one. Same with No Doubt, everyone immediately thinks of Gwen Stefani, then second is bassist Tony Kanal, then the wild drummer Adrian and… that guitar guy? Jk! Tom. I don’t know if you’ve seen any No Doubt performances or videos, but have you ever noticed that there are two black men always performing with them, Gabrial on trombone, and Stephen on trumpet and percussion? But they’re not ever marketed as being part of No Doubt, yet they’re still an integral part of the bands albums and live shows, and are featured wherever possible. Maybe Keith and Anto don’t want too much attention besides the performing.
