This here, folks, is one of the rewards you can select for reaching Platinum Level with Club Nintendo in the USA (The other was a Mario Hat). Doc Louis, your coach, steps in the ring with you for a bit of training.
Basically, it's a demo/extra match for the new Punch-Out!! game that was released earlier this year for Wii. It's packed with animations and fun quips like this one!

As a trainer, he's gotten so attached to Mac that he can't believe he's gotten so good so fast. That's why he gives him encouragement when he's been knocked back by Mac. With this final spar match, he has accepted Mac as a boxer, he's ready to go out there and make something of himself. Everyday, Mac gets faster and stronger that Doc can't keep up anymore. :) I like the humor in your comment btw.

In this day and age, when everything has additional content, what we really need is a Doc Louis Punch Out game, where you play his career, back in the day. How DID he get so good at the craft~? And we totally need that solid-gold 70's Louis theme when he finally gets the sweet science down and becomes a contender.. HE INVENTED THE STAR PUNCH!
Maybe you could even fight some of the older punch out characters like Gabby Jay and Hoy Qarlow
The final boss being the current reigning champ, A Young Rookie Sandman, and after Doc finally thinks of retiring, he meets a young brawler who keeps getting made fun of for being too small, all the other trainees call him "Little Mac" and hes just trying to make his way in the big world.

To solve any and all confusion, after extensive listening, slowing down, and replaying of the footage, I can safely say that Doc Louis, when using a Star Punch, says "I invented the STAR PUNCH!"
