Thanks for useful description in a nice way. Some time, we also do another mistake- we keep gas cylinder close to working place. What is the ideal place to keep gas cylinder ? Can it be kept under the counter top with door closed?
Ideal place for gas cylinder is your exterior side of the kitchen/building if possible otherwise, go for cabinet under the countertop
