Karm is of course the base, but other things also matters. It's just that if other things are in right place things will become bit easier that's all. But yeah, I'd your Karm is strong & clear then of course external factors won't matter much, but 99% of the people are enslaved by their mind/past Karm.

From last 10 years I changed my home 5 times. Out of that 3 homes are south west facing and that direction came out so lucky. Most of the good news are received in south west homes. It’s hard to believe that south west is inauspicious.
