I’ve always loved this solo. Love the attack that Dave gives it... especially when shutting down the notes and sliding down the neck. Most people have not heard it so when you try to share how wondrous it is with others they stare blankly at you.
Dude..... I've followed you for years now.... Absolutely awesome! Still to this day .... 'Any colour you like' and the first 'Comfortably Numb' really blew me away! Keep it going! Brilliant!
Fantastic. I am learning this now. The time breaks are not intuitive. You nailed every nuance of this solo to perfection. If Roger Waters want to do a Final Cut tour, you are the man to do the job.
One of his most aggressive and a favorite of mine. I’d love to pick his brain about the events of that era. Was the playing style a purposeful direct reflection…
I know the Final Cut is far from one of PF's most popular albums (it's actually my favorite for some reason), but David's solos on that album are just amazing. So heart-wrenching.
Complimenti davvero
great video ! great camera angle to , always wanted to learn how to play this solo from this song and now i finally learned it ! thanks so much for this video !
Grazie! :-)))
hey man, first i m gilmour fan since i play guitar, confortably numb is probably the most emotional solo ever!! now theres not much to say about your guitar-skills because the fact that you're covering. my advice for you is that i think you could bring more emotions or maybe better more of youre own style to play, mostly it gives a new spirit to it, and i m sure that you gonna have more fun too ;-)
I really appreciate your invitation to write and play my own music, it encourages me to do it!!! ... and I can say that I already have several ideas and some songs ... so now I need 'only' to complete the recordings and publish ... thanks!
E' completamente digitale?
"Boom boom, bang bang, lie down you're dead." Roger Waters 1983
One of Gilmour's sweetest solos and definitely my favorite. Nice job!
Nice one. This solo encompasses Gilmour's ability to explore the whole fretboard and deliver that thick soulful tone that's so unmistakably Floydian.
Such an emotional solo yet so simple
Absolutely Nailed It, Awesome!!

That's very kind of you, on a "Final Cut" tour I would play only few minutes, so .... I can ;-))))

Capolavoro ben fatto complimenti
Everyone says with arguments comfortably numb it’s the best but man I love this one so much!
Perfect, great job!! Just imagine how genius Gilmour is to have done the original. Full of explosive power and emotion to match to song perfectly.
Agree, only a genius can condense so much feeling and art in just few seconds
Haven't listened to the album yet but I heard it once and fell in love with this solo

MA L its no secret....when Waters could actually motivate DG to produce...he would give us this...excellent

Ah yeah I've seen it, It's very good yes I agree! Try and do the same, the last verse/chorus and the outro! :-)
Fantastic! Please do Sheep!
Really impressive tone and playing!
Would you share this tone stack?
Bravo, bel vibrato, bei bending, ottimo uso della leva. Quanto costa il kemper? Me ne hanno parlato molto bene.
great tone dude!!!!!
great!
The guitar work on this album gets lost to some extent but its just as awesome as anything else Gilmour did. Sweet cover
Did you profile this? Would you mind sharing the profile? Sounds great!
I'm very happy too :-))

Wow :')
The tone and playing seems identical. My advice: keep doing exactly what you're doing!

This is an incredibly witty song lyrically as well
grazie!
Ciao, grazie a te!
Awesome! What effect processor is that?
It is the Kemper Profiling Amplifier. Born in 2012 it is the best digital machine available today in my opinion in terms of amp quality
Podrías darme la partitura de esta canción?
