I'm a former USAF aircraft mechanic now retired. I worked on more modern aircraft, mostly the F-16 but some items are similar to all fighters. @2:32 the writing for some fuel system component. Below the word "FUEL" it does not say "TO" it says; T.O. 1F-100-?? which is a "technical order" or a technical manual then the number. @2:37 is possibly a cylinder for either nitrogen or oxygen. @2:52 is an electronic component possibly for radios or navigation that was likely in an equipment bay. @3:00 is the nose landing gear which is still in the retracted position. @3:39 is one of the main landing gear wheel brakes, still attached to the MLG shock strut. On another note. There is an F-86 in the mountains north of Tucson that is still mostly complete just like this F-100.

Looks like the entire front half of the fuselage, including the cockpit, is missing. Very interesting story. The F-100 was probably the first model airplane that a kid would build in the 1960's...

Thanks. Nice video. I recently saw a still slide presentation regarding a WW II B-17 crash sight, similar terrain up in Wyoming. I think they have named a nearby peak in the vicinity there Bomber Mountain. Again, thank you.

And sad for the loss. God bless all the men and women who serve our country!

That's my GoPro Max. It used to be my main camera until I got the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Thanks for tuning in, my friend! 👋🏼
