That was about 3 months late.. I did it with my boy in the cab looking at the monitor, it took about an hour and baling a few bales :) .. My machine was like new, so my belts were the same length thanks for the video!!
If my computer wouldn't have went down I would have had it out about 4 months ago. I was just about to edit this video 2 months ago but fall hit and then it was work & sleep.
This is a slight twist on what the book say to do for my baler. The right belt was by the book, the left bale was improvised due to difference in belt length.
Hey Andy, I have a JD535. I have the last bit of hay from the field, half a bale in the baler. I can't figure out how to get it wrapped and ejected. Any ideas, thoughts? Thanks!
How do I manually actuate the string? I just got a 535 and I’m trying to put everything through the paces and make sure nothing is rubbing, but in a t figure out how to manually tie .
@@carltonandlauracarrington4874 I'm not by my book now but if I remember correctly, it has to be over 3ft diameter. There should be a rope and lever on the right front of the baler. Give that a pull.
@@AndyFromm thank you very much. Now my monitor actually works. Also had to switch tractors so I didn’t keep pinching belts.4010 with weak hydraulics wasn’t tensioning the belts before trying to close the door. Put 1066 on it and now it closes in the right order.
My 435 makes a 3ft diameter bale no matter what the adjustment knob is set at. I just bought it last year and it's been doing it since I bought it. Any ideas?
My day job has started to slow down so I'm getting caught up on some videos from this summer due to my computer going down.

If pulling the rope won't work, I pull up on the plunger the rope is attached to. Its not a great solution but it usually works. Good luck

Do you cycle the twine arms manually after adjustments or does it do it automatically
I haven't thought about that for a while, not 100% sure if I understand.
Everything should reset if the gate is cycled if I remember correctly.
Is the yellow wire on the bale tax monitor positive or negative? Having some serious monitor troubles.
Is this wire on the power supply?
I see a yellow wire in my main harness.

Thanks for the info.

Something must be tripping it. Could you email me a good picture of the adjustment area? andyfromm.yt@gmail.com
easy fix
