Yes sometimes if some part of the design is in vector ( Like Letters ) you can separate it in another screen so that you get a sharp print without the halftones at the edges. However, to save screens we sometimes print along with the halftones if the artwork quality is good. I hope I have answered your question. If you still have doubts feel free to ask.
Ну мы разделяем чтобы в процессе печати тиража буквы были яркие, плотные, чтобы печать надписи хорошего качества не сказывалась на качестве печати полутонов и мелких элементов!
Ещё заметил на других видео что краска достаточно жидкая! Что добавлете в краску, насколько изменяете её прозрачность или не меняете? Меня учили что дизайнер должен так подготовить плëнки, что на производстве не было бы проблем с красками, т. е. Стараются Печатать "чистыми"из ведра(банки) , ничего в них не добавляя или добавляя минимально при замешивании цветов!
@@maximbuligin5083 Yes that is necessary. So that is why depending on the design and the complexity, we need to decide whether to separate the vectors separately and print or whether to merge it together to save screens. It will all depend on the complexity of the design.
@@maximbuligin5083 The ink that we are using sometimes it's very thick and very difficult to pass through the stencil. So in order to make it printable we add a special liquid called plastisol reducer to make the ink little creamy. It does not reduce the opaqueness, it's still give u the sharp and variant color. Some ink brands or company does not require to add any liquid.
