Hi would love to see how to separate a 2 colour grayscale design. I’m new to screen printing and would love to start off doing this instead of a plain 1 colour halftone.
Most welcome brother and I am so glad that it’s helpful for you to progress your screen printing journey. If u ever want to further advance your skills do drop us in Guwahati for full advanced course. We run offline course one batch every month for 3 days. Till then keep learning and all the best.
where did you buy that screen printing kit with the exposure unit attached? I think I'd prefer that as opposed to the one I have. Or did you make your own screen printing kit?
For solid colors or vector solid will work perfectly. However u need to test the exposure time to get it right. But for halftones and detail work u might need a professional exposure unit.
Is this regular tube light you use for exposing or any special UV lights...?? Coz i always failed to expose halftones with regular white LED lights should i move to UV...??
@@devensharma305 Yes it is. Even Sonakote company Photokina, couldnt believe when they visited our place last time. Its all about technique. Sometimes we use sonakote when we dont have many prints to do.

Hey thank u. Usually we manufacture ourselves but sometimes we get it from Tirupur. And yes off contact is vital during print.
This is fantastic work..
Can you tell me what is the name of the printing press you are using..
Thanks. The press is one of our product. It's a compact portable Line table machine.

It’s a UV light. Regular light will be very difficult for halftones.

water hose is good enough. but sometimes you need pressure washer.. so we use both..
@@Riyum may i ask how many volts your pressure washer has? Can 24 volts portable pressure washer do the job? Thank you for noticing riyum! 😊
