I would like to say thank you to Judd for serving our country. My husband is in the navy so I know what its like to be married to someone in the military. It takes a strong woman to be with someone in the military and you Jaquie are one of the strongest women I have ever heard of.
Thank your husband for his service! My friend group will drop everything to walk up to someone in uniform or wear a shirt or something telling you they were in military. And we thank them for your service. Sometimes they don't hear you/ know we are talking to them. But when they do their smile makes you so happy 🤗😊
Seeking Truth 😒😒Um... She prays every time she eats.. Watches church online cause she can't sit in church for very long.. It looks like she has a relationship with God😊😊
I just had a minor surgery yesterday, and am now in pain just laying in bed. Your video notification instantly made me feel better. Yay for new Jaquie videos to keep me company while I'm not feeling well!
facemonkey13 i just got a really bad cold and flew yesterday evening. And i literally waited all day for her to upload the newest vlog. Greetings from Germany! Get well soon :)
I am so grateful I found your site. I felt like I was alone with all issues. I have severe anemia, diabetes, renal failure, have had 4 back surgeries, and ASTHMA with allergies. Thank you for being there and keep it up,please.
I love how patient you were while teaching your mum. It is important to remember that even though they are our mums and "caregivers" they don't know everything straight away and they aren't doctors.
I love watching Jaquie's videos because they help me feel not so alone. I have chronic illnesses and Jaquie, you have helped me find strength in the bad times. You have helped me so much with my attitude towards my chronic illnesses and helped me so much with advocating for myself when it comes to my health. Love you and hope that you are well enough to keep making these videos because they have helped so much. Thank you and hope you have an amazing day
Watching your vlogs have given me the courage to go to a new gastroenterologist for my stomach problems I've been having all my life. I'm scared because I went as a child and they didn't think I had anything terrible but the symptoms have gotten worse recently. Thanks for the push in moving forward :)
Stay safe and have fun Judd! Thanks Mama for being awesome! Its great how you let Jaquie have her space but don't hesitate to jump in when needed! Harlow, that was awesome with the button girl!
Ingrown toenails kinda runs in my family unfortunately, so I know the feeling omg. I’ve had infected ones twice and it’s no fun! The first time I had the nail completely ripped out, the second it was just cut, but it’s such a pain in the ass!
I’m so glad her mom has these videos to look back on. I miss Jaquie. I’ve been binge watching all her videos from the beginning. Judd and her were so happy. Breaks my heart.
I'm so glad you have such a good support system! It can have such a huge positive affect on the people going through rough times. You are definitely blessed with a great fam!
Yay!!! A new video! This is why I love this channel, daily videos of the best vloggers in the world! Your Mom is so sweet!!! She is so ready to help. And she can be so helpful.
Only found you 2 days ago and you've been such a help already for me.I myself survive with chronic pain, epilepsy and other problems. And i like the way you word things.such as tools and support.I'm not very good at asking for help but your helping me do it.And reminding me of the little happy things in between being in pain :)
I was doing my breathing treatment and inhalers and everything for my asthma and watching your videos makes it easier and makes it go faster. Thank you for making the videos that you do
Hey Jaquie, I am a new subscriber and really enjoy watching your journey. You are so encouraging because even though you have chronic illnesses you still get through everyday life like a champ. It makes me appreciate life so much more...every time I watch and thank you for that. Also, you can see about making your mom your caregiver. It'll be a source of income for her and she can be with you when needed. PS: you and Judd are so amazing together regardless of how your feeling he always makes you feel better and laugh! So cute.
Jaquie, I am a med student in Brazil and recently started watching your videos. You are an inspiration to me as a future doctor and as a person! Thank you for sharing your life and information on chronic illness, and thank you for sharing it in a so positive way! (I watch your videos almost every day now^^)
I love that your mom is taking the time to learn ❤️ I'm 19 & have just gotten super sick in the past year of the half. (POTS and Gastroparesis with an NJ feeding tube) Me & my mom have been inseparable since then (even though we were really close before too)I call my mom my super nurse. It's such a great bond to have, enjoy your time with her!!
Your dog remides me of my dog and my dog just recently passed away he was a lab mixed with pointer his name was osage he would sleep on my brothers bed all the time when we gave him a bath and after the bath he would co crazy he reminds me of your dog but not trained like your dog he was first dog i ever had he was the dog of my life but at least i know he is in a better place now .
Well you do a great job for someone who hates needles. I hated when I had all of the needles and tubes in my body. I couldn't even feed myself when had my tube in because the thought of it hanging from my body made me sick. Kudos to you and your mom. Love and blessings
That's awesome~ You go, momma! Conquer that needle fear, hehe. I do intramuscular injections every week and I don't have a fear of needles, but when I'm sick or my anxiety is flaring I occasionally have to ask for help with the actual injecting part. Both my mother and a friend have helped me with it before and they were both like "woah, that was weird." the first time they did it and the funny thing is my mum works in the medical field so she's used to this stuff too! It's just interesting how the things that are second nature to us are so crazy to other people. Also, I just wanna say that I think it's wonderful that you aren't afraid to ask for help when you need it. Some people view it as weakness and can be so stubborn about it when I think it's a strength to admit it.
OMg Jaquie I just had tu push pause for a second and write... Your mom is such a wonderfull person, learning everything and being with you... And you an amazing daughter.... Judd can go relax to he's weekend drills beacuse you are going to be in good hands
Hi Jaquie, I want to let you know how unbelievably strong and upbeat you constantly are no matter what the day brings for you to deal with. my heart goes out to you. I totally think very highly of Judd and your Mom for all of their help especially Judd I am amazed of his constant care for you, if this isn't LOVE i don't know what real love is. I know your a fighter this is obvious. May God bless you and keep you well. GOOD LUCK!!!
Your mom is right, I think she should write every step down so she won't miss a step. Your mom seems like a fast learner tho. I'm sure she'll be fine. I'll pray a lot just to be in a safe side. I'm proud of hippo to press the handicap open button. That was a hard push for her. So proud of her. You have your hippo and ur mom this weekend. I'm sure you'll have a blast.
i watched your video about all your illnesses and i want to thank you for bringing attention to CVS. i suffer from it as well, and im disheartened when even doctors havent heard of it. its a rough disorder, and i thank you for bringing it up! makes a fellow CVSer feel less alone :))
My dad has health issues and is on oxygen and stuff. My aunt has offered to stay with him when we go out of town or something. But the thing is, it's too scary to leave someone that could be incapable of helping themselves/doing things, or has time sensitive things happen--with someone that, although they love them, has no idea how to actually take care of them. Taking care of someone means you have to know how to do everything and you have to be able to do it without them telling you what to do or when. It also means you have to know them almost better than they know themselves (Like when judd said you should use the wheelchair). There have been times I could tell my dad was low on oxygen and he hadn't realized yet. I love him with all of my heart and I learned what it takes to take care of him. Even in the hospital when he has been unconscious, I knew everything and I was ready. I know his medicines, his conditions, what works for him, everything. It is a great thing your mom is doing, wanting to learn to help you. You are a great teacher and I'm glad you are expanding the list of people that can help you fight your illnesses. Everyone needs a go to team when the shit hits the fan.
I get to do the ingrown toenail removal on each big toe once a year, they always burn the nail bed with phenol, it always comes back. Always some good times. I actually really need to do that again in the next few weeks.
I can always hope. My podiatrist told me that sometimes it just fails for some people. It may also be the way the rest of the nail is growing in that direction, but it grows at the bottom beneath the cuticle first (if that makes sense), so by the time I realize it's a problem, there's nothing I can do about it that isn't infinitely more painful than just hiding my face in a pillow for the lidocaine needles (I don't like these either, but the last time it was surprisingly painless.)
Jaquie, and family and friends...THANK YOU!!! I am isolated where I live and sometimes it gets so lonely. Your videos really help. I do have a service dog ( in training) love the training videos too She helps me keep going as well as your reaching out to us Invisible Illness Warriors. I had someone today say I was lucky to be able to bring my dog into a store ,stupid guy had 2 dogs in his truck in 100° heat and manager of the store said for me to stop fighting with him. Because of your videos encouraging self advocating I called the corporate office because the manager should have either stayed quiet or supported me speaking up for those poor dogs. If it had been kids she would have supported my concerns. So Jaquie your amazing !!
Je you are a beautiful young lady. Jennifer if that is your pic I have to say you are a beautiful young lady. Do not be alarmed, I am an old lady and you remind me of a friend I had when I was young. Her name was Karen Newberry of Toronto Canada. Any relation.
Jacquie I also suffer from ingrown toenails and after my first experience of getting one infected and having to have it surgically removed ( I hate needles lol) I learned how to fix it myself. All you do is everytime you shower it softens up the toenails and makes them easy to pull right out with clippers...so everytime you shower check them make sure they are not growing in. Run your fingernail under each toenail to encourage it to grow up and out. That's also the time to remove any that are ingrown or getting there. It only hurts for a second and saves you the horror of having a doctor give ya a bunch of shots in the toe plus the pain of having one of those. I don't know if that helps you but it sure helped me and thought I would mention it to ya.I have not needed to see a podiatrist since ( 30 plus years) and my family has me take care of theirs! I like your Mom!
I had a similar ingrown toe surgery too! They did mine under general anesthetic though as I'm majorly phobic of needles and when my twin sister had it with local and needed 10 injections! So hell no! Lol, after about a year I had a slight ingrown flare up as when the alive nail grew out pulled up with it what was left of the dead bits, so I got tweezers and snack scissors and pulled and cut out the dead bits myself lol, a bit of diy surgery is always fun 😂😂
So great to see your mom close to you and even though she will have her own place eventually, it's still great to have your mom nearby. I'll be praying she will be able to find employment soon.
Hi I love watching your videos every day. Watching you has given me the courage to find out more about my health problems that I have been suffering with. I was born with Klippel-Feil Syndrome(KFS) and August 6th is awareness day for it. I ask everybody to wear a skeleton key in some form on this day. The skeleton key is the official symbol of hope & freedom from Klippel-Feil Syndrome, a rare skeletal disease. I ask everybody to please help spread awareness for this condition because it is "rare" so there aren't very many doctors or people who know of it and to receive help we have to find multiple doctors with different specialties to help us as much as they can help us. There is no cure or fix all, it is all about alleviating some of our pain, issues, and symptoms. Thank you. Teresa
I have really bad in grown toenails also!! I have to go to the pediatrist every couple of months and I've had that "surgery" a couple times and it was awful 😂
I've never clicked on a TH-cam notification so fast! I just wat he's the entire video and WOW your mom is great. With Judd doing what he lives it's great your mom is happy to tell up to the plate. I have a black lab (just as a pet) and I'm jealous of your dog park. I don't live far from you and our dog park is where people smoke, and that's really it. ;/
Your mom is great , and I think you look a lot like her . Yes we have chronic issues but your lucky when you have family support like your mom , Judd , and your friends
Your mother is so cute! It's amazing that she is so willing to step in and help you. I do have a question about her though, is English her second language? I've noticed that she pauses to think of words very often, which is okay! I'm just a curious person! Stay strong Jaquie!
Thanks for the autism video. It helped a lot for me to understand what exactly it is because I help two autistic kids function in school and sometimes it's hard when things don't go their way or they feel overwhelmed about the work in which they can do and just did a minute ago and when they actually do it they're super smart and are ahead of the other kids.
I was wondering Jaquie if it were possible to give your mom a used bag to practice on. You could maybe fill it with water and she could practice until she was more sure of the process. Practice makes perfect they say lol. Have a great day. Love to all.
It's so nice to have your mother there's to help you out as youth need it. Tell your mother hello☺. Harlow is a beautiful dog. Your vlogs are very interesting.
Same problem with the toenail thing on both feet... had them taken care of in march now thanks to my arthitis and my meds I have to get it pulled out again... (thats the term we use in germany) it really sounds worse than it is.. well the shot hurts but oh well gotta do what you gotta do...
Chronically Jaquie things like this are never fun.. but at least it dosen't hurt too long... mine got to a point were some tissue needed to be cut and I had to get it stiched about 5 times... I just hope this time it dosen't get this bad...
Have you thought of creating a binder with all the different things that have to be done and listing the steps. It would be something your mom could grab if she forgot a step when you weren't able to guide her, and something she could study, so to speak so she will feel prepared. The Chronically Jaquie Guide to Care. Tedious I know, but could for anyone who has to step in and care for you, along with having a guide to give to the ER or nurse on the hospital floor if need be since you have the processes that work for you. Just a suggestion, not trying to get in your business.
You're almost at 60K!!!!! BTW, what should we be called? Maybe the Jaq Crew? I do like "the people" but it might be time for some personalization now that there are so many of us lol
Youre so blessed to have your mom. My mom doesnt believe in dysautonomia at all. She doesn't even call, text or check in on me at all. Its hard to br chronically ill, plus I have 2 toddlers. You give me hope haha.
I also had the same procedure on my toes to prevent ingrown nails. Even though they used the permanent burning chemical, my nails have almost completely grown back. It's been a year since I had the procedure.
I absolutely adore your videos, Jaquie! I love your attitude towards life and the way that you describe each of the difficulties you face. Your videos are always incredibly interesting and informative, too. P.s You're also really really pretty!
Jaquie, I've had that "surgery" with the acid 4x (both sides of both big toes) not fun (recovery is soooo long), but no more pain from ingrown toenails is so worth it! (I was in excruciating pain for about a year.. I should have done it sooner!) I almost passed out from the novicaine the 2nd to last one. Whoops!
Love ur channel and ur positive attitude u r really an inspiration. I love ur videos I came across one of ur videos and ended up watching daily love it
This video reminds me of teaching my mom how to give me IM zofran when I was pregnant cus I had Hyperemesis Gravidarum combined with my ulcerative colitis and wasn't digesting zofran pills so I needed to switch over to IM for those months. It involved a lot of me yelling to go slower cus my butt cheek hurt
I actually have lost an entire toe nail due to ingrown toenail nails. Have no toenail on my right big toe so I totally understand what your talking about. Hope it was all sorted
How would you feel about being out in public with Harlow and someone complimenting you on how well she behaves as well as how adorable she is without distracting or petting her ? You are an amazingly strong person and I admire you and your husband for how you live. 💛
I would like to say thank you to Judd for serving our country. My husband is in the navy so I know what its like to be married to someone in the military. It takes a strong woman to be with someone in the military and you Jaquie are one of the strongest women I have ever heard of.
We also thank your husband!
Thank your husband for his service!
My friend group will drop everything to walk up to someone in uniform or wear a shirt or something telling you they were in military. And we thank them for your service. Sometimes they don't hear you/ know we are talking to them. But when they do their smile makes you so happy 🤗😊

Thank you. Teresa
Seeing Harlow run around at the park made me smile so much! :)
I have really bad in grown toenails also!! I have to go to the pediatrist every couple of months and I've had that "surgery" a couple times and it was awful 😂
That stinks! Sorry you have to get it so many times. I was totally done after 4 of them lol
I've never clicked on a TH-cam notification so fast! I just wat he's the entire video and WOW your mom is great. With Judd doing what he lives it's great your mom is happy to tell up to the plate. I have a black lab (just as a pet) and I'm jealous of your dog park. I don't live far from you and our dog park is where people smoke, and that's really it. ;/
Very thankful for ur videos, i have 3 chronic illnesses so nice to know im not alone!
Your mom is adorable, and it's very sweet of her to care for you.
Your mom is AMAZING!
Like always on my lunch ready to watch your vlogs!
Your mom is great , and I think you look a lot like her . Yes we have chronic issues but your lucky when you have family support like your mom , Judd , and your friends
Jaq you're so inspirational I love your channel it amazing your so strong
I'm with your mom, I'd be taking notes too.
your mother has a very beautiful voice ! have a lovely life to you both 💕
Your mother is so cute! It's amazing that she is so willing to step in and help you. I do have a question about her though, is English her second language? I've noticed that she pauses to think of words very often, which is okay! I'm just a curious person! Stay strong Jaquie!
Yes she is from Venezuela (:
I love your videos! Everytime I get your notification I smile more!!!
7:09 I...just...started...to worry. ;-)
Mom is just awesome! Look forward to seeing her everyday.. :)
Thank you for sharing your adventure
It's so nice to have your mother there's to help you out as youth need it. Tell your mother hello☺. Harlow is a beautiful dog. Your vlogs are very interesting.
Jacqui's Mama, you are doing an amazing job at learning everything. You will get more accustomed to everything and the needles.
Same problem with the toenail thing on both feet... had them taken care of in march now thanks to my arthitis and my meds I have to get it pulled out again... (thats the term we use in germany) it really sounds worse than it is.. well the shot hurts but oh well gotta do what you gotta do...
Yes the shots do hurt, they freak me out! But worth it to fix things, sorry you need to do it again. I did too and it was no fun, but needed.
Just a suggestion, not trying to get in your business.
wow jaquie its a lot of work I am glad your beautiful mom is there to help and wants to help take care
You're almost at 60K!!!!!
BTW, what should we be called? Maybe the Jaq Crew? I do like "the people" but it might be time for some personalization now that there are so many of us lol
HealthyishGal We can't be "the people". The Frey Life has "the people".
Lois Cassels lol that's what Jaq & Judd currently use. I'd say it's pretty common and by no means owned by any one youtuber :)
Back again! hello! love your channel!! ❤❤❤❤
I love your videos! I bought the shirt and I love it!
I love her, she is amazing!
Whoops!
Yeah I had it done 4x on both toes because the first one was done incorrectly. So glad I did it! It is so worth it!
I had an ingrown toenail surgery when i was little and my toenail never grew back. I have a weird half toenail now
Love ur channel and ur positive attitude u r really an inspiration. I love ur videos I came across one of ur videos and ended up watching daily love it
Your mother is so cool!!!
I miss jaquie! I’ve been binge watching your guys videos!
I love your little family 💜💜 and your mom is so adorable!
OMG I smiled SO BIG when she opened the door using the button.
vickie g same! 😄
Your mum is so amazing Jaquie
I actually have lost an entire toe nail due to ingrown toenail nails. Have no toenail on my right big toe so I totally understand what your talking about. Hope it was all sorted
Luv your mum....makes me miss mine....and you guys look alike too!!💕💕💕
It's so nice your mom wants to help you. :)
Have a nice weekend with your mother. I miss my mother she died 7 years ago in lungcancer.
OMG Ive had that "surgery" toe thing done twice . I hate it i think im getting another one too
How would you feel about being out in public with Harlow and someone complimenting you on how well she behaves as well as how adorable she is without distracting or petting her ? You are an amazingly strong person and I admire you and your husband for how you live. 💛
Does Judd do Hippos training sometimes?
No not really, he is super busy. But he will help if I need it, like take me out to train her.
Chronically Jaquie - I'm waiting for Judd to teach Harlow "beer me," so she'll retrieve a beer for the fridge for him after a long day at work. lol
At 2:25 in the hallway the light turns off
Tell Judd I said thank you for serving
Ouch, I can't feel my feet and that surgery makes me hurt! I hope you're doing okay!
Your mom is precious!! 💜
