We just entered into a contract to build a Lazio. Extremely pleased with this community as it fits us very well. The Taylor Morrison team are very nice people and very accommodating but I must admit part of me wishes we had a boots-on-the-ground Florida agent. There are sooooo many little things that go into a new build in another State (we're not from FL) that having another set of eyes and another brain would not hurt. Good luck to you.

It is true that so many people want to walk in to check out the models but don’t realize the extent of what they’re stepping into. Once they sign in, they’re locked in and can’t have that extra brain as you’ve put, and it really makes a difference having someone with experience to help explain the process in Florida and keep the lines of communication open while you’re not physically here.
